Water water everywhere………..
Originally from South Africa, Dylan Rosser started his career in the graphic design field, working on various lifestyle magazines in Cape Town. Starting out as a Junior Designer, he worked his way up to Art Director before moving to London in 1998. It was this move that brought about his change in direction, although his graphic design background still shows through in his work today. His work, featuring models from the UK as well as abroad, focuses on the sculptural beauty of the male form. Working with light and shadow, his style brings out the athleticism and sensuality of his subjects.Dylan’s WET project is all new imagery with the theme being water – and of course men! The water of the theme is both in stretches of natural sources - the Mediterranean Sea, pools in Palm Springs and Los Angeles – as an accoutrement adorning his spectacular models, and as a sensual mediator to speak to the beauty of his natural men using water as the only clothing source. The result – a book of sculpted male nudes in poses that are both shadowed in some and full frontal in others. It is a very sensual collection of some of the most magnificent raw forms Dylan has ever gathered.A fine teaser for the book of the same name on first class paper stock with very richly saturated color photographs of some of the most magnificent physiques imaginable.
