Good quality. Worth buying.
Good quality. Very fast. Very convenient. Blades sharpness is good. Single push button operation for convenience. Sufficient for medium size families. Rechargeable lithium battery is an excellent feature. Any mobile charger can recharge. Indicator for charging and fully charged is appreciated.

Doesn’t last long, servicing is inconvenient
Didn’t last very long. Just about 2 months. Although it’s within warranty period the service centre asked to bring the product over for inspection on the other side of city which would’ve costed more than the price to go and come back. It’s going to scrap yard now.

Good product but center hinge not working
It is good, but after a week center lever got loose so we are now chopping without cap …

Blade bowl holder is not well designed
The chopper is wonderful however I have deducted 2 star due to it’s chopper blade holder height inside the bowl. It’s not properly designed. After a few days of usage, the top breaks and then the chopper doesn’t work because the chopping blade doesn’t reach up to the height to fot in it’s motor groove. We had to pour some gluegun glue to resolve the issue and make it functional again.

Recommend to think twice before buying the product.
The warrantee period of the product is 6 months. However, it is not working even for 4 months.Tried to contact the service provider through contact number and email (as provided in Amazon website).It is found that the contact number does exists. And no response is received against my email.Requesting Amazon to take a follow up action.
