Review: Fits standard Ninbot S - The adjustable handlebars are munch nicer to use than the knee bars that come with the Ninebot. Sure you can find them much cheaper on aliexpresss and such sites, but the peace of mind ordering from desertcart with their easy return policy if something isn't right is what led me to purchase here. The same seller has an ebay store with the same product for $5 less at the time of purchase. It fits like it should and I've yet to have to adjust anything 6 months later. Review: I'd buy it again - Update 12/22/22 ...first extended trip with this in extended position. I was very comfortable with the knee bar, and this can still act as a knee bar. With the bar extended I had "finer" control and that is important at speed. Added Benefit...no need at all to carry this. I can pull it unpowered just fine. Made it easier to get over some snow covered areas. Only reason I give this 4 stars is, it's on for good. No way it's ever coming off again. The collar for this unit is a bit tighter than the knee bar it replaced. Important part, would I buy it again? Yes, I would. First off...does it fit my new 2022 Ninebot S. Yes it does. The screws line up exactly. I think the collar is just a bit tighter than the one that came with the Ninebot S. Once its on its not coming off. There's a technique to take off the original knee bar. That works fine. The same technique does not work on this one if you try to remove it. It's just a bit tighter. The top handle of the new bar was attached backwards. If you put it on the ninebot S and the handles fold toward the front of the ninebot (forward arrows) then the handle was assembled backwards. It was pretty obvious. I couldn't get my knees on the bar. One screw, take it off and put it back on the correct way so the handles fold toward the rear. Then it was fine Not a bad thing...when the handle is all the way up it imparts a little lean and the ninebot will roll away from you. Just be aware. When the handle is down in the knee position it balances correctly and just sits there. The original knee bar was a bit thicker width wise and fit better to my knees. I'm sure I can think of something for that. Would I buy it again. Yes I would. I think it will be nice to have the option of knee control or handlebar.

Balance
Great item, only thing I don’t like is when you turn on the Segway and are not on it yet, this handle bar throws off the balance and it takes off. It’s great but the Segway will not sit in place when it is installed. I’ve learned to just put it up against a wall or step if I’m not on yet, it is worse and zooms away if the handle is extended, however it is great to have the option of a handle bar so I would buy again

Completely Useless
I don't know no one has mentioned this already, but if you want to remove the existing handlebar from your Ninebot, this requires a special tool. Not only is the tool not included with the handlebar, but as far as I can tell, the only way to get one is to buy the go kart kit, which costs hundreds of dollars. I e-mailed the seller about this. They promised to send the tool and even cooked up a fake USPS tracking number, but they never sent anything. I'm worried about accumulating too many returns, and this handlebar put me one step closer to that.

A must accessory for Segway
Great accessory to add and proves control in you hands instead of your knee. Much easier to stay balanced. Only down side is that it makes the Segway front heavy when you are off it causing the Segway to move forward by itself instead of balancing in place. Just keep a hand on it and issue solved. I would recommend this.

Makes the ninebot even easier to ride
The only reason I took one star off is because it seems that if it got in a crash (which kids are prone to have) the stem might bend. In fact that was what sent me searching for this in the first place. Other than that, this thing is the bomb.
