I’m only in week 2 of these and so far are working well.Have reduced appetite and feeling fuller for longer.Have lost 2lbs so far but have only changed diet not exercising at same time.Have not had any side effects with them.Taste of the pill is okThese are expensive but I think for me after trying so many other diet pills out there that don’t work, these are definitely worth the cost. Been using these for a few weeks now, all they've done is make me bloated. Okranol is a form of orlistat according to google but has not given me the effects at all. I have not lost any weight and am on a calorie deficit too. Huge waste of money, don't waste your time or money on this.

As others have have, the product I received, while in good order and arriving promptly it came in packaging that was all in Spanish, as we're the accompanying instructions. This is despite apparently coming from a UK seller and site images being in English.Fortunately I have used the product before and know how to take them, but given that it's a health product with potential for side effects if misused, it isn't good enough to have the instructions in a foreign language.That aside, I have used the product previously and found it to be effective, I did not experience any side effects (remember to drink plenty of water through the day). I did see results before, that's why I'm buying again.

I was abit skeptical at first about these diet pills but though I'd give it ago, and I'm so glad I did! I hit a wall in my dieting and wasn't losing anymore weight, I've taken these for a while now and they have helped me lose a further 3stone, 4.5stone in total, they curb your appetite and stop you from snacking, I took these along side a calerie counting diet of only 900caleries a day, no exercise needed, they really do work, 13.7 stone down to 9 stone, I hope this helps anyone

I’ve just started using this product so cannot say yet about there effectiveness . The only thing I’ve noticed that when the products arrived none of the instructions are in English . Maybe a safety issue relying on Google

Really work but orders kept being cancelled

Quite expensive (even taking into account I did not pay the full price), and I followed the instructions of when to take them, 2 litres of water a day, etc. while eating sensibly…and I saw zero impact to my weight loss efforts that I could attribute to this product

Do NOT buy this product!Extreme bloating, constipation, heartburn, nausea.Absolutely no weight loss effect at all, if anything caused weight gain because of the side effects!Packaging in Italian.I've used other XLS products very successfully before, but these have been a huge waste of money and caused a lot of physical discomfort.
