defective unit, never even powered on so applied for a refund.Then i found out that it is not made to be used in the UAE as it is 110V for the US and so to use it in the UAE you need a step down converter. Why the seller fails to mention this important point in their description beats me.

The product stopped working in less than a year, with about 2 months of actual use. It is listed as having a "2 year warranty activated upon delivery", so I contacted the seller "MarketMotions" and they referred me to a website of a robotics manufacturer with the same name. That company of course said they don't make dehumidifiers. The seller stopped responding. So the product is dead after a few months of use with no recourse. The fake "2 year warranty" is worthless.
