Paulo Coelho's one of the best works probably. It will force you to do some self thinking. Also the language is quite easy and a very lucid writing style.

You know, I just wanted to read a book, and I came across wisdom of a lifetime. Though short, the book comes with a jar-full of Wisdom and truths. Coming from the best-selling author of "the Alchemist" , its a worthwhile read even if you are not the quintessential Coelho fan. Simple, yet pleasing, its beautiful philosophy that Coelho presents to us in this marvelous work of wisdom. So much wisdom, philosophy and truths, but yet an interesting work, not a page which leaves you disheartened. And not a page that leaves you un-inspired.

This book of Paulo Coelho is very different from his other books. Specifically the writing style which I assume is because of the book being a sort of translation of the wisdom from the manuscripts. The book definitely conveys a lot of wisdom that can be readily applied to our modern day practical lives as well. I specifically liked the one in which the Colt speaks about what kind of people to choose for your friends. However, what I felt missing was the Paulo Coelho touch in it. It felt like I was reading a book that was written by someone else and Coelho was narrating the story. I missed you in the book my dear Paulo Coelho. As you are my favorite writer. All the best. A guide to those who are seeking meaning of life or founding the truth of life....covers all the questions that a seeker can ask. Can be directly compared to ‘The Prophet’ of Khalil Gibran ‘.I underline the words ok any book that I found meaningful. But as I started this book I realised that all the lines of this book should be underlined !!!!

This book is a deep one. Keeps you reading from the first page to the last one. I read it in 1 day and they after I had to start again. Marvellous

i really loved this book .it's about the speech of a copt before the invasion of jerusalem ..he mainly answers the questions that people going to fight asked ..but it also helped me to understand some points in my own life with the copt explanation of for eg fear loyalty enemy etc ..great book
