Less than happy
Bed came with a minor problem. When we contacted customer support, they were impatient and not helpful. The touted phone app does not work AT ALL, and there appears to be no support for the app in the manuals or help files. The bed does go up and down and vibrates, but the extra features we were wanting must be accessed through the app, which doesn't work. There are 8 USB ports on the bed, but they can only be used for charging the phone, not for connecting the app to the bed. That can only be accomplished thru bluetooth, ...and who needs to charge 8 devices while laying in bed? Very disappointing. Will try customer service again to try to work out bugs. Will update on results later.
