Heavier than a regular basketball
Very nice, slightly heavy, good for practice and developing strength.

Handles
I really help my handles I’ve been using it for 230+ days and had no issues with it.

Training basketball.
As a basketball trainer this ball is great for both upper body and arm and wrist strengthening and shooting and passing technique. It does not have a normal bounce at full inflation. Plus anything further out than fifteen feet may be problematic for rim and banking board arrangements due to continuous rim impact especially on high arced longer shots. The price is great, 1/2 to 2/3 less than other brands. And it has a true indoor/outdoor cover. I use mine on an asphalt driveway and wash it occasionally.

Definitely a heavy ball, team loves to work with it

Great ball. Not to heavy and not to light it is perfect and will get your handles tight if you use it with intensity!

It takes time to get used, but it is very helpful to get better handles and shooting range

Good for dribble workouts and very short distance form shooting drills. But don't try to shoot too much with this as it can mess up your shot.

Wow do you feel the weight, really adds to your workout and builds your dribble strength, regulation ball feels like a beach ball afterwards. I made the mistake of using this for a workout pregame and blew 4 layups in the first half as the regulation ball felt impossibly light, but since training with it in combination with a regular ball my handle strength has improved a lot in just a few weeks A must have for hoop heads

Been using this ball for a couple of weeks now. I used to own the Skilz version. This ball is just as good so save your money and get this one (half the price). After doing some dribbling drills with this ball, your normal ball will feel like a feather. Bounces just like a regular ball, just heavier of course. I bought the black and red version. Would definitely recommend this for hoopers that want to improve their handles.
