It’s the right part but read this
We knew enough about this product that the thread turns in the opposite direction and it meets expectations. Our situation was unfortunately beyond the hub. This product was the correct part. I would suggest trying to remove it before buying any parts for your washer and make sure you understand this nut goes the other way to remove. We knew that but it was still unable to remove because of corrosion due to bad water deposits. Get the nut off and try pulling the tub before spending any more money because we bought parts before finding out the stuff is corroded beyond repair. At some point you have to give up

Perfect replacement for that aging and corroded nut for the GE washer brand. I installed mine in a GTWP2250D0WW and I had no issues.
