Mixes and Digests Well!
This is a surprisingly delicious protein powder that mixes very well. You'll need a mixer or blender. Very good on the gut - no issues whatsoever. And it's not excessively sweet or anything - very balanced. One of the highest quality protein powders I've ever used, if not the highest quality. Worth the price 100%.

Protein during travel adventures
I purchased this protein powder because I was going on a cruise and had limited space in my luggage. I took a rechargeable whisk and enjoyed a packet in my coffee during the day. They dissolve well and the flavor was pleasant. I was pleased with the convenience, flavor and price. I will buy again.

Great taste, quick mixing, effective protein
I mix SFH Chocolate with Vital Protein's Chocolate, and PB2 peanut butter powder and with less than 20 oz of water, all are smoothly mixed together with a blender bottle.I've maintained around 180-220 grams of protein per day, and have managed to lose 4 pounds while also increasing strength in bench, squat, and pull-ups. I wouldn't be hitting strength goals without protein supplements, and SFH's flavor makes it easy to drink.

Great product, only for once --too pricey
This quality of the product is very good in taste and texture (vanilla flavor). As first time purchaser, I wanted to try this out based on what I've read about it --testimonial reviews, product information, etc. It is very pricey and will buy really once in awhile. Already have in mind alternative brand to fit my budget.

Amazon Quality control issues
The is protien is an excellent product that I have been using for years. HOWEVER, I have now ordered two separate bags of chocolate and both times received vanilla which I don’t care for. The bag is clearly labeled but the Amazon barcode is labeled as chocolate. This seems to be a quality control issue on Amazon’s end. I requested a refund for the first bag as food cannot be returned but felt guilty asking for a refund on the second bag. This product is a bit expensive to keep ordering with no guarantee of getting the desired product. I will be purchasing elsewhere for the foreseeable future.

Very good protein drink
I have bought the coconut flavor of this protein drink before, and knew it was a good product, so I thought I’d try the chocolate. I was pleasantly surprised on how good it tastes. Other chocolate protein drinks I’ve tried were sickly sweet with a slight aftertaste. This is chocolatey without the too sweet to enjoy flavor.

Good product, but too bad they don't make an isolate version!
I have been through LOTS of protein powders and am always on the hunt for the next best thing (in terms of taste, ingredient profile, mixability and cost/benefit ratio). I recently tried this powder after going plant based for a while as I wanted the muscle building benefits of whey. My main criteria was to find a truly organic, grass fed source of whey, very limited additional ingredients and only stevia for sweetener. This seemed to fit the bill and had good reviews so I gave it a shot!In short, I liked it and can definitely recommend it for quality, value and mixability. The flavor was just ok for me, and I found it more palatable to add a little additional monkfruit. I'm not super picky about flavor though. I think the ingredient list is solid. The reason I will not continue to purchase is because I've decided that if I'm going to use whey protein powder, I want whey isolate vs whey concentrate (which is what this is). For those of you who don't know the difference, here's a simplified explanation. When whey is processed, it undergoes several steps to increase protein content while reducing carbs and fats. Generally speaking, whey concentrate consists of up to 80% protein by weight, with the remaining 20% as carbs/fats. Additional processing steps can be taken to increase the protein content to 90% or more and reducing fats and carbs even further. This is whey isolate. The amino acid profile of both are identical. Whey isolate will end up having less lactose than concentrate as well, which is a big deal for people who are intolerant or have sensitivities to dairy (like myself). Generally speaking, both are low enough in lactose for most people not to notice a difference in how they feel, but if you're super sensitive, isolate is the way to go.Due to the higher purity and more extensive processing, isolate is generally more expensive than concentrate.SO, if you're someone like me who tracks their macros down to the finest details, tries to eat as low carb as possible, is on a cut or is just more sensitive to lactose, then whey isolate is going to be what you want. While we're not talking huge numbers, I prefer to cut out a few additional carbs and fats out of my protein powder and add them in in my own controlled way with macadamia nut oil or avocado instead. If this company made a protein isolate version of this powder with their happy New Zealand cows, I would probably buy it! In the meantime, I have switched to NutraBio Grass Fed Whey Isolate and so far I'm really liking it! 100% protein, 1 carb, zero fat, no fillers, no lactose, less calories, more protein.I sincerely hope this review has been helpful to someone else! And yes, I paid full price for it. Feel free to ask any questions!
