Perfect for 433Mhz Meshtastic
Tuning analysis shows these are centered 433.75 Mhz, making them perfect for Meshtastic 433 radios, which is why I bought 4 them. They tested consistent and very low SWR of 1.02 to 1 at 433.75. They also appear to work well on the rest of the 70cm US amateur band. I didn't test their 2M capability, since I only needed them for 433Mhz Meshtastic.

I know I upgraded with this
Installing the device has improved reception/transmission moderately, better on weather and FM Simple install, immediate improvement. It is very well made, way stronger than the OEM. That one the spring in the antenna broke. It is slightly less easy to carry the radio on my person, but in the boat it's not any issue. I see it as an acceptable trade off for better operation. I use it daily for work, and on my time.

Excellent
I used this antennas for a Retevis Rt85, and they work great. Excellent reception and transmitance. Well made, and they fit as it should be.

For "the price they are a 5"
SWR < 1.07 across both bands. For more money you can get better build quality, But these are fine and a bit more light weight.

Much less static than stock antennas
I wasn't expecting much considering the price. So far I have been very pleasantly surprised. I use them mostly for my scanner to listen to air traffic. Even inside my house, the reception is much clearer than with the stock Uniden Bearcat antenna. I also listen to sherriff frequencies on the 483 Mhz band and those are also much improved. I did have to get some SMA to BNC adapters but I was well aware of that beforehand.

Surprisingly Good!!!
I picked up a pair of these because they were 1/3 the cost of the bigger name brands. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they perform as well if not better than my Comet or Diamond antennas. They feel very solid with a nice flexible whip. They are inexpensive but are not cheaply made. I just bought my second pair of these and now use them exclusively on my TH-74a, ID-50 and FT5d Give them a try. Hams are always looking for a good bargain and at $16 for two you can't go wrong.

Definitely works better than the stock rubber duck.
It hears better than the stock antenna. Seems to have better transmit range. The antenna appears to be well constructed and sturdy. Happy with it so far.

Really good antenna for the price!
I bought these to use with GMRS which they are not advertised for. They are advertised for the 2M and 70cm ham bands and they are decently suited for those frequencies out of the box. I trimmed about 35mm off the end which brought my SWR at 462mhz to 1.00 to 1! At 467mhz the SWR is still around 1.05 to 1. So with some trimming these things work great on GMRS.
