These are the best for lessening the pain in my knee! I put one on at night before bed and by morning, it's done the job. Usually after wearing one for the 8 hours they last, it's calmed the pain so I can walk pain free.

HARD to seperate backing from patch!!Need to have a half moon of the backing, extending pass the patch, so you don't have to spend 30 minutes trying to peel the backing off!
