R18GN18-0 18V ONE Plus Cordless 18 Gauge Nailer Bare Tool, One Size, Hyper Green

Another great piece of kit from Ryobi. Needed a nailer to tack skirting board on the wall during a room renovation project. I think I hammered two tacks in by hand and decided to get a power tool. This nailer has plenty of power to do the job, is pretty kind on batteries although if you're too rapid-fire it will hit you with a brief cool-down period so don't try to fire out too many nails in quick succession. Easy to use, easy to unjam (which it does kind of frequently). Much cheaper than the dewalt equivalent. I'd say that 18ga nails have a pretty niche use case so don't buy this if you're, for example, looking to build a fence. You'd need something more heavy duty. The gun is quite heavy when paired with a battery of sufficient size, but it's comfortable enough to use for a long period.

I find the nail gun a little heavy but its balanced in the hand when held. It is easy to use and I like the ease of adjusting the power. Did the job I needed it for and will come in handy in the future

As a female decorator, I used the **RYOBI R18GN18-0 18V ONE+ Cordless 18 Gauge Nailer to create a solid wood wall panelling effect – something many clients love these days. In this particular job, the customer wanted real timber, not the usual soundproof foam boards, so I had almost 300 pieces of solid wood to fix in place. Throughout the entire project, I didn’t have a single misfire! The gun performed flawlessly – each pin shot cleanly through the wood with precision. It’s a bit on the heavy side, but very well balanced. For context, I’m 5ft 3” and of medium build, and I managed just fine even over a long day’s work. The built-in LED light is a great feature – it illuminates your workspace perfectly so you can clearly see where each nail or pin will go, even in low light or awkward angles. In short, this tool is a real workhorse. It’s reliable, powerful, and easy to use – ideal for both professional decorators and DIY enthusiasts. It simply does what it says it does, and it does it well.

An excellent piece of kit immediate hold saves a Lot of clamping. A bit more expensive than other similar nailers but well worth it for the other tools in the range using the same battery.

Traditional nails and mdf skirting and door facings don't work, you need a nail gun. Once you try this you won't go back to traditional nails.

Ik ben zeer tevreden over de machine!

Ich bin gerade am Umbauen und muss viel mit Holz Arbeiten, Verkleidungen, Einfassungen, Unterkonstruktionen usw. Wenn man jede Menge Nut und Feder Bretter verarbeiten muss hat man irgenwann keine Lust mehr alles zu verschrauben. Da kam mir der Gedanke einen Nagler zu besorgen. Da ich schon sehr viele Werkzeuge und Gartengeräte von Ryobi besitze ist die Entscheidung für diesen hier recht schnell gefallen. Der Nagler wird mit einer kleinen Menge an Nägel geliefert (ich weiß leider nicht wieviele es waren). Geladenen Akku rein, Magazin mit bis zu 100 Nägel laden und los geht der Spass! Ja richtig gelesen, der "SPASS" geht los, denn das ist es was dieses Gerät verursacht. Man kann so einfach, schnell und effizient arbeiten, das es echt Spass macht ihn zu benutzen. Er hat genug Power um auch mit Hartholz klar zu kommen. Er liegt gut in der Hand und lässt sich sehr einfach bedienen. Lediglich das Gewicht ist auf Dauer etwas Armermüdend, aber das lässt sich warscheinlich nicht vermeiden, wenn man ein Kraftvolles Werkzeug haben will.

This is truly a real gem - it has not missed a single nail with over 4000 being used - I did get one jam where a nail hit a previous one running in the opposite direction - this was easily solved by the quick release nail chamber clearance clip. It feels like real quality and has been an absolute go to! Highly recommended and it also takes the Lidl 18 Gauge nails that they sell - no jamming or anything - in short - Brilliant piece of kit

Va perfecta. No se encasquilla y la batería dura bastante. Agradable de manejar y rápida. Pensaba que estas clavadoras eléctricas tardaban algo más en disparar pero va genial. Por otro lado le sobra fuerza. Con los clavos de 50mm y la fuerza al mínimo va sobrada en maderas blandas.
