I’ve bought 4 of these and they are great , but there is a design fault where the cable exits the purple Handle - after about a year of regular use the cable material basically melts on the seam of the tool .. it’s happened to all 4 of mineBut they are such a good tool and reasonable price that I just keep replacing it

Not what I expected
The wand warms up but doesn't warm up enough to melt the glue on the back of the jewels.it says in the instructions keep on stome for 5 seconds but i was having to hold the wand on the jewel for a for a minute..quicker to use glue and wax sticks
