This is my first time using UV resin and I love it! I followed the directions to a t and made this experiment pendant. I first did a small layer of resin and added gold leaf. Then I dried it for 2 minutes. Then I did another layer with glitter. Dried for 2 minutes and did one more layer of glitter and gold leaf just playing around. Dried perfect each time and I remembered to flip it over and dry that back too. It turned out beautiful and fully cured. There weren't many bubbles at all! It says to pour very close to the mold and I did that each time. I didn't need to warm the bottle in hot water. It's so easy! The resin does have a bit of an odor so I cracked a window open a tiny bit. This was a perfect starter kit and there is a lot of resin! The lamp works great! You can't charge it and have to plug it in to your own brick. The mat is great and so are the cups and stir sticks. It wasn't messy at all. I never got any on my fingers. I highly recommend this! I see people angry about the lamp being small but it works great so who cares. I actually like it small because I don't have much room on my desk. I'm excited to play around some more and I'll post more pictures later. It's so fun and easy and makes beautiful jewelry. I'll never use epoxy resin for jewelry again! Follow the simple directions and you will make great pieces.

I’ve got to say, this Kit is awesome! The resin itself is extremely clear and has virtually no odor, which makes working with it significantly more enjoyable. What really blew me away is how quickly it cures under the included UV light—within minutes, my pieces were ready to go. It’s perfect for jewelry and small craft projects, and the silicone mat is a nice bonus to help keep things clean. I’ve already made a few keychains and charms, and they came out looking professional. If you’re new to UV resin or want something that works fast and looks amazing, this kit is definitely worth it!

This is an amazing, easy to use kit. It comes with a generous amount of resin and a nice, strong (for its size) UV light. I bought this kit because I was making pendants with funeral flowers and gold flecks but the acrylic I started using was the wrong material. I chose the wrong stuff at the craft store and it didn’t cure properly- It was still flexible in the middle. Yikes! I bought this kit in an effort to save the project. Spoiler Alert: I was able to re-coat the pendants in this resin and cure them quickly with the UV light. It was awesome! The resin is very forgiving- you couldn’t even tell that I began with clear acrylic and I was able to preserve the pendants. When using, if the resin came out uneven (because of my inexperience) I was able to add more resin and re-cure and it blended right in and evened out. So this is a great kit for first timers. My pendants came out great- like a clear pane that showcased the flowers. Now I know I should have started with, and only used UV resin- so I’ll do that in the future. Once again: This is a great kit! I will buy again repeatedly whenever I’m crafting with resin.

I’ve never worked with UV resin before and this kit made everything super easy. The instructions are clearly written in English which is a big plus. The quantities are enough for you to give it a try to see if you actually like doing it. It seems to be a good quality resin, but I am a complete novice. I was just trying it out for fun. The kit comes with a little uv lamp and some simple tools which is great. For me, the fumes were an issue. Although not super strong, it sort of snuck up and bothered me after working with it for an hour or so. I have poor eyesight, so I had to get my face kind of close to the jewelry bezels while I was pouring it which is probably not a good idea. I ended up with a sore throat, so my advice is wear a respirator or a mask at the very least. Also, if you’re vision impaired like I am, this may not be the best craft without using some sort of magnifying lamp.

Bought the LET'S RESIN UV Resin kit with the light and silicone mat — honestly pretty impressed. The resin cures fast and clear, barely any odor at all (big plus). The included UV light actually works well, not one of those weak ones you end up tossing. The silicone mat is handy too, keeps the mess down. Used it for a few small casting and repair jobs and it set up smooth and bubble-free every time. It worked well and looks great. Definitely worth the money for a starter or quick-fix kit.

I'm in Australia and I don't know any affiliate here that distributes Let's Resin products. So in saying that, the processing and delivery was very quick from the U.S. to Australia, well before expected delivery date. The UV lamp is quite small but great for a beginner like me. It does what it's made for! No issues for me at all. Thanks Amazon, muchly appreciated.

Perfect starter kit with a good UV lamp and decent amount of resin. The little silicone jugs are a super little bonus - I doubt I'll need to use them for UV resin, but I'm already using them a lot for measuring and mixing small amounts of non-UV resin to make sure the quantities are close to equal. I don't make jewellery, but do a lot of what I call resin engineering where I make prototypes of various kinds, and a mostly use non-UV resin for that, sometimes with embedded reinforcement, but I often need to build moulds out of tape, thin strips or sheets of resin (made on a silicone mat) and superglue before filling them up with normal resin. I'm now using this UV resin instead of the tape and superglue, and it makes the work far neater, faster, orders of magnitude less prone to leaks, while there's no tape getting left behind my mistake being covered by subsequent layers. This resin only needs ten to twenty seconds of UV light to stop it running around, so it's rally practical for this work, and it also sets just as fast using a small UV torch that came with a different product. This has transformed the way I work, and just in the last few days it's saved me many hours of fighting leaks in moulds; indeed, it sets fast enough that a slow leak can be wiped clean and then a drop or UV resin put on it (even from below) and given a quick blast of UV light, and that's it sealed. Be aware if you're buying this kit that you may get a different lamp from the one you're expecting - if you read the small print when clicking through the images at the top you'll see the two different lamps, and you'll get one of those selected randomly, so it's intended as a surprise. I happened to get the one that suits my work better, but the other one would still have been fine. I'd also recommend wearing sunglasses with full UV protection when working with a UV light - I didn't do so to begin with, but felt an odd pain in one eye several times when running the lamp, and I never looked at any of the LEDs while they were lit, so it was just reflected UV light. I work all night and don't see a lot of daylight, so I may be more sensitive to this than normal people, and bright sky hurts my eyes too, but this isn't something you should take any chances with - I'm being extra cautious because my father has developed macular degeneration.
