Are the IBC tote threads fine or course?

It wasn't the right one for our tote so we returned it. I believe it was course though.

where can i buy replacement gaskets?

Can i get this 2 inch fitting reduced to 1 inch npt without reducing it to 3/4 in between? do you have something that will do this?

That is exactly what we needed, go from the tote to a 1" water pipe hose barb. You can 2-piece the adapter with something called a 2 x 1 "reducer coupling" or "bell reducer", same thing. I have not seen the IBC tote adapter to go straight to 1" NPT.
