Great for beginners at home or a light workout on the go! I've had this product now for almost a week & I have used it every day since receiving it. As far as I can tell this is a quality product for what it is. As advertised it is great for any height, lightweight, very portable, easy to use in tight spaces, sets up very quickly,(I believe it took me about one minute Max to set up & that was mostly just reading the kgs on the tube bands & attaching the clips while taking my time) with no complications save for the rollers for the bar. As soon as I went to put the rollers on the bar I was struggling. both rollers just would not fit on one end of the bar but would on the other. The bar comes in three pieces so confirmed they were not end specific so then, I took the roller wheel bore it out with a pocket knife to actually get it on the bar but it wasn't a lot all I needed was approximately the thickness of an American dime at most & once it was on everything worked beautifully! I am very impressed with what I can do on it but I also know that I do not work out currently as hard as the guy in the product videos which is why I have said for beginners & a light workout as that is all I am, & that is all I have done so far, so that is what I can recommend though I will update as I progress & go harder but in the meantime hopefully this helps.

Having a full-time job and a baby on the way, I knew it would be near impossible for me to continue going to the gym. I had to figure out how to maintain my exercise regiment that would cater to my busy life and upcoming family responsibilities. After researching on various home workout systems, I decided to go with the HOTWAVE as this met my exercise needs the most. Upon receiving my package, all the items were securely packed and each part was accounted for. Although there are many moving parts to this product, it was very easy to maneuver and I was quickly on my way to working out in the comfort of my home. MY absolute favorite aspect of this home workout are the varying bands that offer different levels of tension/weights. I can easily clip on different levels of tension and literally began feeling sore two days later. The color-coded inserts are informative and hit different parts of the body, with my favorite being chest and back workouts. Upon finishing my exercise daily, cleanup is very quick and efficient. I just fold the base and place the bands and other accessories in the bag that also included in the purchase. This makes the wife happy and won't be an issue when the little one joins the family. If you work form home or have no time to go to a gym, let along pay for fees, this gym may be the right choice for you! With holidays and New Years around the corner, I recommend giving this a try. It won't hurt and the only thing you will gain will only make you stronger!

Good product works great

This is a great push-up board that actually makes doing push-ups more fun. The different positions are easy to use, and I can definitely feel it targeting different muscle groups. Solid, effective, and a nice way to mix up a workout!

Wow. Just wow. Easiest five star rating I ever had to give. I’m pretty fit. Work out regularly and have a full gym. Pacific Fitness universal, Abcore sit up machine, a fitness tower for pull up, chin ups, dips and push ups. That being sID, THIS little addition targets muscle groups like nothing I’ve tried before. Comes virtually ready to go. All you need to do is insert rubber non slip ‘feet’ into the bottom and you’re ready for a workout. Color coded pommel placement diagram makes it easy to know which muscles are being targeted. And you will feel it. Will be ordering another for my vacation home.

Push up board is nice and functions well but the bag is complete garbage. Ripped literally the first time I used it. Im sure wet a wet paper bag is stronger than this.

Son loves it, even with just push ups it hits the muscle groups indicated.

Great piece of kit. The position holes for the handles are deeper than most. So it seems more durable as the handles stay in when pressing! Handy bag too, a little more than many others price wise but a nicer design! Happy :)
