I really like this system, it's sturdy and easy to assemble. The pump is so quiet I often question if it is even on, but it is. I've used two other brands and the pumps are extremely loud. The box included everything you needed to get started on your hydro growing journey. I can't remember everything in the box but there was plant food, pods, pod holders, and labels in the box. My first round of plants have really grown fast in this system, and I didn't even use the included plant food! The only confusion I experienced was trying to set the timer for the grow light to turn on daily. I'm not sure how I did it, but the light is on for about 12 hours a day, usually beginning at night and turning off during the morning. It also includes different light options depending on what you are growing at the time, for example if you're growing vegetables there is one option, another for fruits. I was not paying attention when I added seeds to the pods so I had a mix of fruits and veggies, and did not notice any issues with the plants growing under the "vegetables" light. For the price, and everything you receive, definitely consider this system.

The AHOPEGARDEN is not only a quality, well-made product, the company stands behind what they sell. We enjoyed planting the seeds and watching them sprout, we ordered a second garden. Alas, it had a problem and would turn itself off - not on any particular schedule. Sent an email to them, they asked pertinent questions, suggested trying a couple things that didn’t work. Lo and behold, 5 days later I had a new garden. Is that great customer service or what?!!When setting up, the most important step seems to be soaking the seeds. This is especially true with cilantro. Basil is by far the easiest to grow and the fastest to be able to harvest as well. Our second garden is devoted to lettuce and leafy greens. The kale aren't doing great but the rest of the greens are doing well. Do not plant chives or scallions. We tried and failed miserably. Any root vegetable probably won't work either.It's exciting each morning to check our two gardens to see how they are faring.With great customer service, ease of assembling the AHOPEGARDEN, and the quality supplies, not to mention the informative instruction manual—what are you waiting for???

I was hesitant at first about buying this but I am glad I did. I grew some vegetables and they went up pretty quickly. The light function has an automatic day and night cycle although you have to initiate it at the right time first. If your electricity goes out you need to re-calibrate it. The pots are rather small but large enough for seeds. The water pump is very quiet unless the water level gets too low (lower than 1.5l). The light is a bit too bright so you should find a place where the surroundings is not disturbed by it. The build quality is good and it was very easy to set it up. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a neat way to grow plant and cannot frequently take care of them.

I am loving this product so far! I have planted 5 different herbs and they've all sprouted after just a few weeks. My dill in particular is off the hook. The system is super easy to use, all you need is seeds and they provide the rest. I plan on continuing to grow some flowers and veggies in the future! The pump is super quiet, the lights are on an automatic timer so I hardly have to think about it at all. Definitely recommend for anyone who isn't really sure what they're doing but would love some indoor plants

This hydroponic system was on sale for a great price that I couldn’t pass up, and since I have one hydroponic system, I decided to add to it. This was incredibly easy to set up, and it comes with a kit that includes everything you need to get started with your indoor garden. The size is compact, so it doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. I am only one week in, but I just planted a few different vegetable and herb seeds, so I’m hoping for the best!You can adjust the light stand as the plants grow, and once you set it on the appropriate mode, the light goes on and shuts off automatically. So far, I don’t have any complaints. I gave it 4/5 stars because, to my knowledge, there isn’t an app for this system, and I have one for my other hydroponic system. Adding an app would make this a 5/5 for me as far as functionality

Interesting product. I had a similar one a few years ago, I wanted to play with a "cheaper" one 1st. Well, well, this is NOT cheap! A really cute, reasonably priced kitchen garden. The seeds I planted sprouted in 3 days, they are still small so no water loss. I think I jumped the gun on adding nutes too quickly, but it hasn't made a huge difference. Not difficult to set up, but the seedlings stuck to the green sticky circle, you have to watch that. Use a toothpick to unstick. Next time I'm going to try it w/o the green circle. Great gift for children, teach them how plants grow.

I absolutely love the ahopegardens. I have a 12 pod and now a 10 pod. I grow fresh lettuce, herbs, tomatoes and mini peppers. So wonderful to harvest fresh lettuce with no chemicals, or pests from your own kitchen. The pump is so quiet unlike other hydroponic growers, and the 17 inch expandable grow lights let my romaine get full size. So fun to watch your seeds grow so fast. My lettuce seeds pop within 24-48 hours...amazing. I love my hydroponic gardens!

This is my second unit- I LOVE this brand and will only buy Ahope. I tried another brand- noisy , insufficient light, seeds would not grow at all - ( and I have been growing things well over 1 year) and shoddy poor quality. Absolutely NO issues with veggies- and the lettuce and arugula sprout and germinate well within 2-3 days. It is a delight to pick vegetables in a few weeks from the Ahopegarden!
