Q: How do you connect to Fitbit?

Hi Pauline, If you want to sync data to Fitbit, please follow the steps below: 1. Ensure the network permission is enabled on your phone and the network connection is stable. 2. Open the APP, this will default to the "Home" page. 3. Tap on "Me" in the bottom right corner. 4. Tap "Apps". 5. Tap "FitBit", this will take you to the permission/settings page of "FitBit". 6. Tap the switch to the right of "FitBit", this will take you to the login page of your Fitbit account. 7. Input your correct FitBit account e-mail and password, and tick "Keep me logged in". Tap "Login", it will take you to another page. Please tick "Allow All", and then tap "Allow". Once it is set up successfully, it will go back to the permission/setting page of "FitBit" and you will see the permission switch has been turned on. Tips: 1. When you set up the permission successfully, only the new data can be synced to your Fitbit account. Any data prior to pairing FitBit will not transfer. 2. Thanks for your question. Sorry, the scale cannot be set to the unit of st, it can only be set to the unit of kg and lb.

Q: Do I have to use the app, or will the scales show weight, BMI and Body fat Percentage on the display?

You need to use the app. The scale will only display the weight and all other 12 analytical information will be shown clearly from the app. I like this scale is very informative and small & light to carry during traveling. However, there is one thing that needs to be noted, the scale is very sensitive (due to its size) to the floor material so better use it on the hard floor eg. tiles. If you're not bring it for traveling, maybe it is better to buy Renpho normal size scale instead of this handy one.
