Just as it says ...
Accurate description.

seedling starter soil
This product is as described on Amazon. The bricks are compacted very densely, and the instructions indicate to soak the entire brick in.water. I carved off what I needed, but that was somewhat messy. I'll soak the rest as instructed and have all my pots, seeds, etc. ready (instead of doing it adhoc, )!

doesn’t hold water like coir is supposed to
I bought this for mycology substrate and t his is worst coir. It barely holds water. It feels more like dirt mixed in water rather than the absorbent sponge like coir that mycelium likes. If you’re using this for mushroom cultivation, buy a different brand cause this stuff sucks!!!!!

Breaks up easy, safe for mycology/mushroom substrate
It's exactly what they say it is and the blocks were held together pretty good, they weren't falling apart! Fairly easy to break up is why I gave it 4 stars. I have had WAY worse. But 5 on everything else. It is safe for mycology/making mushroom substrate

Too small/low volume. Not as advertised.
The description states two coco coir bricks at 650g each. I received two bricks one was half the size of the other. The larger one weighs in at 580g and I did not weigh the smaller one. I reconstituted the smaller block. I added 4L of water to the smaller block and have a coco coir soup. Nowhere near the advertising volume!

Good but not perfect
I was using it for the first time so don't know if better soil can come or not but I used it for indoor plants and so far it is fine.
