Is there really a tiki cat guarantee? i contacted tikicat directly 2 weeks ago and never heard anything.

I'm not sure about Tiki Cat, but Chewy has a guarantee. If food doesn't work for your cat, they will refund $ or provide alternative.

Did the formula change? Ingredient list on here doesn't match what was delivered among other things, such as recommended feeding.
