These "conductive" rubber pads test at over 100 ohms and are useless for my remote that requires a virtual short circuit

Used this to replace the pads on my plotter cutter, worked a treat
The buttons on my vinyl cutter controls had stopped working properly so sliced off the old pads and super glued some of these new ones on. Now all buttons are back up and running 🏃♂️

These work but....
I tested the resistance and found them lower than the original pads on the remote control, so no problem there, but, you have to work out the best way to glue them onto the old pads, so far contact adhesive is a bit hit and miss, will be trying gel superglue next.

Great for repairing remote controls
I've got a remote control that had 9 dead buttons. I cut the old ones off, glued these on and replaced four more as well to be safe and every single button works now and it feels far better than it did before.
