Been an incredible help if fixing my balance. Comfortable, durable and fits all shoe types.
This is a fantastic product and has helped fix the imbalance in my shoulder drop. I've had a slight imbalance from my left and right shoulder for a couples years now so I decided to purchase an insole. I specifically love this product because it comes with multiple to put in my shoes. the sizes fit all the shoes I've tried it in and stick to shoes like Birkenstocks.I've seen a clear difference in ease of walking after a month and they haven't eroded or depreciated in quality.Definitely recommend if you're looking for a insole thats worth its buck.

Good product
Very good product - It really works well. Just be aware of that after using it for some time in the shoe it will settle a bit - so have it a bit higher to start with - I basically put it as in the shoe and after a week the added hight came down by 20% which was exactly what I wanted. Also it provides a very nice cushioning while walking - good for the knee joint

PMy physical therapist wanted me toget them due to an Achilles problem. So far there has been no positive effect from using the lift/wedge.

Help with muscle cramps
I am very happy with these heel lifts. I get cramps in my lower right leg and I discovered that putting a one fourth inch lift in the heel of my shoe helps reduce the tightness in the muscle. I have not had a cramp in that leg since I have been wearing the 1/4 inch lift in the shoe.

Game changer!
Where do I begin? As someone who has struggled with problems in my right foot for years, I think I may have found a solution. I have researched, tried multiple insoles, I even saw a podiatrist. I had accepted the fact that my feet just suck. I popped these into my shoes and noticed an immediate difference! If you’re somebody like me who struggles with occasional heel pain, or you just simply need that extra heel support in your shoes… these are it!

Comfortable-ish, size chart incomplete
I've only been wearing these for a couple of days, but so far they're very comfortable and feel durable. Time will tell if they help my achilles tendon pain (fresh out of the boot so it's going to hurt no matter what). These have helped correct my gait to the point that I can feel my calves, hamstrings, and glutes firing more prominently then they have before. The sizing is off, unless you dig for the width in the description. I'm a dude's size 10.5, but the large really only works in wider footwear like skate shoes. They just barely squeeze into my pair of Saucony. The mediums work in my Allbirds and different style boots, and would probably work just fine in my skate shoes too. The sticky tape keeps the layers together, but doesn't seem designed to keep the lift in position.TLDR; large is too wide, item is durable and comfortable, good value and have already purchased more mediums to go in other shoes.Update after a few weeks: I'm noticing reduced heel pain, but at the cost of total foot discomfort. The drop off is sudden and the arch of my foot is taking the brunt of the discomfort. The front end gets caught on my foot and flips out of place when I take my shoes off. Still very helpful, but a basic design that could use several quality of life improvements. I'm looking at other types of inserts to replace these.

Provides great relief.
These are better than the shoe lifts I get from my Orthopedic doctor. They are softer and a little higher and do not wear down as fast.

great insert. not too squishy!
Great insert. solid and not to squishy - which is just what I was looking for! Wish they came in a little higherlift.
