Healthy when you need it fast. Appetizing and hold-over nourishing

I'm obsessed with the Kroma Porridge.... I eat it for breakfast every day! not only does it taste great, but it keeps me feeling full for hours and gives me the energy to power thru my daily exercise routine! I warm up a little almond milk and then add a 1/4 cup of porridge, and breakfast is ready! Sometimes I add Kroma's OMG cookie butter (another daily MUST HAVE either in my porridge or as my afternoon snack:) to add a little something extra and some fresh berries.

This porridge isn't bad. It's better warm than it is cold, and it definitely fills you up. It's also very fast to prepare and very fast to eat which is a big bonus.On the other hand, everything that this is really advertised to be is only partially true. For instance, a lot of the ingredients are organic, but not all of them. Yes, it's gluten free, but it's full of other things that people might be allergic to.For me, the biggest flaw is how much fat it has in it. All of that comes from the many versions of seed and nut that makes this up, but for me, fat is the thing I'm always trying to avoid. As a breakfast food, I am forced to add some extra protein too, because it's pretty weak on that even if you add something like oat milk.This isn’t a bad meal occasionally, but for the most part, a couple of packages of instant oatmeal would replace this nutritionally all the way and would be a lot cheaper. I don’t like to talk about price a lot but it’s high for only 9 “servings”, especially when a lot of people (at least the ones I know) are going to eat two of them at a time.

This is expensive!It does taste great, but you have to just eat a tiny bit- its 9 servings in a bag, so won't last you long, and at their pricing, WAY TOO EXPENSIVE to eat on a regular basis-

I love many Kroma products and this is one of my favorites! It is easy to prepare, tastes delicious and it has so many heart healthy ingredients. I love to add fresh blueberries. Thanks Kroma!

I ordered this product a couple of days ago after listening to a podcast with Dr. Will Cole. I received the item shortly after, but it had expired 3 months ago. They won’t accept returns either. Not happy as this was not cheap!!

Just ok. Nothing to write home about. Expensive.
