I have already noticed some relief w/my back pain from using this pillow. I like the non-slip side and handle. My only wish would be that it was a tad firmer, or perhaps thicker pillow. On a hard surface chair it is fine, but I am using it for my recliner and I could use a thicker, firmer cushion. Memory foam is great but it does sink as it forms. I am on the heavy side so it is more my fault than that of the pillow. Otherwise, it is a nice cushion and I have no problem recommending it to others for purchase.

This cushion is fantastic! My doctor told me I am inches away from a ruptured disk and I have to sit all day at my job. It gives you so much support with no pressure on your spine. It also helps you to have better posture. I would recommend this cushion to anyone with back, spine or sciatic nerve problems.

but I am still in pain. I tried this out for about a week before I decided to write this. Maybe I was expecting a magic pillow. I sit at a desk job for about 8-9 hours a day and another 1.5-2 hours in traffic. I take two 15 min walks and sometimes I walk my whole lunch (30 mins) 3-4 times a week to get some relief on my butt and tail bone. I thought this pillow would help, it kind of does. I'm good for about 3 hours and then here comes uncomfortable soreness. :( For me the pillow keeps sinking to the middle, sometimes I move the pillow closer to the insides of my knees so I have space towards the back of the chair so my tailbone is elevated by the pillow from the chair. No matter how I adjust the pillow I'm still uncomfortable. I'll look for another pillow, this one didn't work for me, but it will do for now... good luck fellow seat warmers :)

Feels nice, and is comfortable. Not too firm for me it's just right. Currently recovering from a pilonidal cyst drainage. Makes sitting more comfortable and I can keep using this for years to come (if it lasts that long I hope) to reduce pressure to my tailbone area to hopefully prevent it from happening again. Even my partner who has back issues finds this to be very comfortable although we have totally seperate minor problems. We're in our mid 20s so maybe we can handle the firmness other people claim to be too much. Regardless this was a good purchase.

Hard cushion that cuts into the back of my legs. I sit in 5 day’s a week at work. Received May 24, 2018 and 3 months later in have lain in my hips that stays with me all day. I have become stiff and can hardly walk when I get up after siting. I would not recommend.

I ordered this product a few weeks ago, solely based on the great product reviews, and for the first few weeks the cushion didn't let me down. Now its week 3 and it's just not working/helping me anymore. I used to be able to sit on my gaming chair with this cushion for hours and have no problems, but now within 20-25 mins, the cushion flattens out and I get back pain and my butt starts falling asleep, and these were the exact reasons why I bought this cushion in the first place. So now I'm going to chalk this one up as a loss, put it off to the side, and buy a different brand, but this time I am going to do a little more research, instead of making a blind purchase because as you can see that didn't work at all for me. I do not recommend.

More and more, as I've aged, it hurt my behind if I sat still for very long. I attributed it to getting older.In July, we drove to Disney World (about a 9-10 hour drive), and halfway there, I was so uncomfortable, I could hardly stand it any longer. I did a little research, and came to the conclusion I would try one of these cushions.I will tell you this - upon delivery, I tried it in my desk chair, and LOVED it. So much so, in fact, that within two days, I ordered a second one to keep in my car.It seems very well made and has a cloth handle on the side. The price is right too. I can't speak to how long it will last.I highly recommend it.
