A very useful & convenient product. Using it almost every day for the last 2 months. So far no issues. It would be better if the minimum level was less. 800 ml minimum quantity is large if the soup is to be made for a single person, it is more for even two persons.

We bought it at a discount of 4900/- during a sale, so it was worth it. Easy to make soup, just 20 mins with all vegetables inside. Cooks it and serves it hot. Soup feature is very good.

Multi options of cooking. 1 Makes smooth soups retaining all the fibre. 2. No wastage at all 3. Makes chunky soups too 4. Makes jam 5. Cleaning option is there 6. Reheating option is there 7 . It can make juices/shakes too but I haven't tried this option as yet. Now that summers are coming, will try this option too. Any shortcomings? Not at all. But wish there was a smaller version of this product for a single person as the minimum soup you can make is for two. Maximum for 4.

I was skeptic before purchasing as I haven't used such products before. It was quite surprising to me how easy to use and it taste was quite good (you need to add ingredients before starting the product). I mainly use it to make soups and nothing else and is hugely impressed. Cleaning is. It tricky as you can't wash it like any utensils. One dissatisfaction with the product is the missing of guide to make other items. It could have been beneficial for a first time user like me. Additionally, a cleaning/cooking guide or handbook would have been appreciated. Overall, 5 🌟 fora terrific product.

This unit was bought as a gift for someone after another person in the family had great experiences with the same brand of soupmaker. The unit we purchased worked great five times and on the sixth time, only the mixer worked. On contacting customer care at American Micronics, they very nonchalantly asked us to pay for the panel - where is the warranty policy? we are surprised at this absolutely indifferent approach. We take extreme care with our appliances and have never faced an issue with any gadget in warranty and beyond warranty. American Micronics - please have this unit honoured under warranty.
