Are very good product. The size is perfect. You can put it in your backpack. Energy has a longevity once taken there is no mixability cuz it's already done. This is the only protein my daughter will use. There is hardly any smell to it. It tastes like berries, not bad. It is not as thick as the pre work out one they make so its easy to swallow. This protein has all the ingredients I was looking for and more. You do feel the difference through out the day if you take it rather than not so I find it effective. Value for the money is another thing. It is a bit on the pricey side but the results, taste, and ease of use make it worth it.

This is a excellent purchase. Taste good, no stomach irritation. Easy travel size pouch. All natural ingredients. It really gives me a energy boost during workouts without the jitters. It sustains for around 2 hrs or so. No mixing required. I definitely order again.

I absolutely love these over your typical pre-workout, because your typical pre-workout you have to use at least 8-12 ounces of water and all that liquid in my stomach swashing around is not a very comfortable feeling. I also tend to have to use the bathroom multiple times when drinking a pre-workout, with this little shot it really does help me out a lot! The value is pretty good, and it is very effective, so I would definitely recommend. However, the taste is very bitter and I would say it is not very good at all, however, I suck it up and drink it anyways just because it’s a great product. The taste is the only reason I took off one star.

I love the contents in this product and how it helps me perform. However, each time I’ve bought this and either have it in my back pocket during a run or a bike ride or I pack it in plastic bags no less individually for a race it always leaks. It’s beyond frustrating because I’ve had to continually rinse off the packages and let them dry. If it happened once I could understand maybe it was a fluke, but it happened several times.
