pretty simple to put together and is height adjustable to fit varied bed configurations, attaching it to the bed frame was pretty straight forward. overall it looks good. The color matches the image online well. Also seems pretty sturdy with no wall banging.

I have a queen size bed with an adjustable base and needed a headboard to finish the room. I wanted something padded but without too much tufting or buttons, and this one was perfect. It has three rows of squares that are top stitched for added interest without being too much. The color was perfect to contrast with the light walls and coverlet on the bed. If I change paint color or bedding, the dark gray will be easy to work with. The quality of the stitching is excellent and there are no irregularities. Padding is perfect. Because I won't be mounting this to the bed frame, it is simply sitting behind the head of the bed against the wall. I will probably use either a French cleat or command strips to affix it to the wall if is doesn't stay still, but so far, no problem. Customers reported a strong smell out of the packaging, and it is true. However, after opening it in the patio, I sprinkled it heavily with baking soda and lightly brushed it into the fabric letting it sit in the fresh air and sun for a bit. I vacuumed it up and for the most part, the heavy chemical odor was gone. I gave it a light spray with Fabreze fabric spray and it did the trick. I have two other similar headboards with bed frames and the same was true for them so I knew it would work. Overall, this was a perfect way to dress up the bedroom with very little effort or money and I would recommend this product. If you're on the fence, buy it!

I love it! The quality is great and the price is very good! I really like the adjustable legs since mattresses are in so many different sizes now. Looks great all set up. All hardware is included including the allen wrench to assemble. (Didn't have to go and dig mine out. LOL)

Zip tied this headboard to our son’s dorm bed and worked great all year. We will be using it again next year.

It arrived a few days early. The assembly was really easy. They included 2 size screws just in case you need a longer or shorter screw for your bed frame. It feels sturdy enough for the price, like it will last for quite a few years sans any major activity. The one thing that rang true was the very strong smell it had. You could smell it as soon as it was unpacked. Some Febreze will go a long way in eliminating the odor. It helps if you have 1 other person or a sturdy box to prop it up while you attach to ensure everything is even on both sides, but I did it alone and it didn't take longer than 30 minutes from start to finish (that includes detaching it and readjusting it). And it looks really nice too.

The headboard can be used as a foot board. the important note being it is not very supportive. the Bed frame has two bolts(on each side of bed frame) to be bolted into. The board is not supported anywhere else. if you have a cheap metal bed frame this is going to be the only option though. the legs do go to the floor and have rubber ends to provide some counter-leverage. if you use as a head board this is NOT for reading on using as a back rest, in fact there is a potential of busting out the screw heads. As a foot board I only use a foot board bceause my mattress keeps sliding off the bed before I wake up in the morning! and this is more than adequate at stopping it from doing this! However since I am 6'1 and have very long legs I tend to jam my feet into the thing and find by morning it has been taking lots of pressure from me as I was sleeping. I recommend you adjust your bed habits and remember this if you use it as a foot board. My bed has to be mounted on 3 2 inch thick boards via the rear as doctor orders. My acid reflux requires I sleep on a tilted bed, thus my mattress tends to slide off the foot-end of the bed so I figure I needed a foot board. As a head or foot board it is not supportive enough for your body to rest on, but as a mattress stabilizer it works great! thus fulfilling my purposes! Also it prevents sheets from popping off at the foot end of the bed because it holds them in too. The matress is jammed pretty tight in there on my full sized bedframe. I also use a headboard. The assembly is tedious you must scrunch around with tiny bolts, washers and screws using an Allen head and a nut. I have big wide hands and large diameter fingers. Not a piano player for sure! I would have preferred a Phillips bolt head and nut. then I could use a socket on one end and simply screw it in with a power driver. it does come with all tools necessary for this basic, but somewhat tedious installation. if you are tall it will be difficult to scrunch down on your side and work with the nooks. I recommend removing both mattress and pad before beginning! otherwise simple enough! Seller support is excellent! (my seller) "First Choice Home" gave me an entire replacement screw set when I informed them via amazon communication I had misplaced a few screws! And that was months after purchasing this headboard/foot board! I recommend this seller and I just hope I remembered to give them seller feedback at purchase time because it is too late now. if not here it is in this product review! Redid the spare bedroom and this is perfect for an inexpensive way to update. Looks great!
