This item got the job done, however the wool or whatever material this is kept falling off, if you purchase be sure to knot them to the beanie. The beanie was a bit big for my 10 year old. Its not for babies!! It also came with a funny smell, it had to be washed before wearing.

I bought this for my toddler who is obsessed with long hair. He is not one to tug but just loves the feel of the hair when swaying and dancing. The braids fell out very easily. Pretty bummed by that considering the price.
