If youre cutting down carbs and love bread, these are definitely worth a try. Looks like bread and has the same texture. They taste great with savoury or sweet fillings . They are soft , with a soft crust but take a bit longer to chew than ordinary bread which is a good thing. They are filling. Don't he put off because they are slightly smaller than conventional rolls, they are filling and can easily accommodate a good burger and cheese.

my hubby is type two so this helps him, but they are too expensive to buy on a regular basis. The carb content is low and perfect for him and they tasted great, with good texture and flavour of normal bread.

I have had this product now for over a year when I started my Keto Diet. It is expensive but very tasty. I use it for sandwiches, toast or just bread and butter. The Carb content is great. I would recommend this bread to anyone on a keto diet. It satisfies the bread urges. Worth it. I also buy the rolls. Great for lunches etc. 5 stars for both

The rolls tasted ok but, very small rolls and far too expensive for the product...make them bigger and reduce the price to competitors and I may buy again

The advantage of these is that they are low carb, reasonably low calorie, and filling. The piped frosting on top lends a sense that you are eating the "real thing". You will also get your fiber! Taste-wise, there is a certain resemblance to spiced, frosted cardboard. They aren't inedible, but wouldn't be mistaken for the "real thing". I felt mine would benefit from being sweeter and added monk fruit sweetener, which helped. I think adding a sweetened spread (like butter or cream cheese) would definitely improve the flavor profile. However, I can understand why they didn't add more xylitol, since xylitol + fiber is potentially explosive. All in all it is nice to have options other than meat and eggs for a keto breakfast, and the nutritional profile made these worthwhile to me. (It can be difficult to make low carb pastries which are also not high in calories.) However, in terms of taste, their blueberry muffins and cheese scones were tastier.

We have done the Keto diet before and watched the pounds fall off, but always missed having a nice sandwich at lunchtime. These Keto rolls allow us to do just that now and really helps us to keep on track. Delivery was very quick and we just put them in the freezer on arrival and defrost what we need just before lunch.
