It took me a little time to get use to holding it at the right angle to make it stay on the skin. It hurts if I go deep, but figured I can start more gentle until my skin gets used to it. I am excited to see how it works on my leg and arm cellulite.

I am using it in an effort to loosen the tissue around my knee. I had total knee replacement 4 months ago, and I still have some pain and stiffness. My massage therapist did cupping around my knee at my last massage, and it felt better afterwards, so I am trying to do it myself now.

I just started cupping and these were highly recommended. I am not disappointed. They are very easy to grip and place on the body. The suction is awesome. In fact I have t make sure I don’t squuze too hard otherwise I can get bruises from the strong suction. Whenever I have pains or trigger points I reach for these and use for a couple minutes and the pain fades always. My daughter has me cup,her legs after cheerleading and she feels like they really help. Great product I would get again

I wanted a softer set. These are hard with a very strong suction. If that's what you want, they are fine.

I bought these because my legs ache and are so painful. I’ve used a couple of oils to use. They work perfect. I do like the smaller one better. However, they both work great to pull and glide

I'm a massage therapist and these are the same ones we use at work. Excellent product but if your not trained in how to use them it might be difficult at first. You need to use a lot of lotion, oil or gel on the body for them to work effectively. I'd definitely order these again if I needed more.
