THANK YOU Amazon. My 15 year old Samsung tv works well but the remote died utterly! Couldn’t get a replacement remote even after going through all the Samsung channels. Not available. Got two from Amazon the usual way (type in the request). The remote works great. It worked immediately. There was no set up or struggle or head ache. It just works. Also I can watch my DVDs again. Good remote!!

My dog loves to destroy remotes. Unfortunately, she got our OEM magic remote for our OLED77C1 TV. The OEM device still works fine, but the battery cover was damaged and wouldn't stay in place on it. We tried the silicone covers, and that only made the remote more enticing as a dog chew toy (who would have thought?) Enter this replacement remote: It works exactly as the original device does. It was simple to set up and pair with the TV. The buttons all work just as they should. Voice commands work just as the original did (not that I use this feature very often). My only complaint with the replacement remote is the scroll wheel / enter button. The scroll wheel is extremely sensitive, so often when I go to press Enter, the wheel scrolls first. This is a minor annoyance, and is the reason I am only giving it 4 stars instead of 5. If the wheel was a little less sensitive (like the OEM remote), it would be 5 stars.

Work great and perfect replacement for small remotes that come with tv

This was a great deal. Sister in law had a problem with wall mounted TV stuck on HDMI 3 after power outage. No one new where the original remote was. Ordered this 2 pack of Samsung (clone) universal remotes. Dropped in 2 AAA batteries pressed the source button and things started working. Autoscanned to HDMI 1 and pressed HULU button. After reconfiguring TV service, TV works again. She was happy.

Right out of the box I added 2 AAA batteries and it controlled my QN75 Led Samsung Smartv like a charm. So I tried the voice command. It initially did not work. I just held the "Return and >|| " buttons on the new controller to go through the pairing process with my TV and in less than 30 seconds everything works great. Definitely a recommend from me!

I bought this because my Sony remote is poorly laid out and bulky and cumbersome to use. Case in point, play/pause buttons are tiny while number buttons are larger than they need to be. This remote is concise, better laid out, and comfortable to use. I use YouTubeTV and this remote works great for this. However, I haven’t found an application that the play/pause works for. But, the ‘select’ button toggles this function. Kim used to it but wonder what the play/pause button is good for. Not as nice as my TiVo remote, but a better remote than came with the tv.
