I’ve been using Wellcore Electrolytes (Valencia Orange) for the last 2 months, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. I use it mainly during workouts and sometimes on long, tiring days. Pros I noticed: Instant hydration – I feel refreshed within minutes, especially after intense training No sugar / zero net carbs, so it fits perfectly with my fitness routine No cramps or fatigue even during heavy sweating sessions The Valencia Orange flavour is mild and refreshing, not artificial or overly sweet.Easy to mix and gentle on the stomach Compared to regular ORS or sugary sports drinks, this feels much cleaner and more effective. I recently got into 72 hours a week water fasting to boost my body muscle to fat ratio. It was very difficult to find an electrolyte solution that checked all the marks - taste, consistency and minerals while meeting my daily quota of no sugar. (A lot of them out there have minimal amount of sucrose) which is still doable for keto and low carb diets as long as your sugar intake is less than 5 g a day. But a water diet is much stricter - no sugar whatsoever. And this is where I really loved this product because it checked the boxes I was looking for! It’s tastes good, it has all the essentials minerals I need and stay hydrated and it has better consistency when dissolved than others. Although I am deducting 1 star for a little chalkiness, still better consistency than others. All and all love the product!
