The remote is actually awesome and works flawlessly, only after spending 20 min trying to pair with the opening and realizing the factory battery is almost dead.Right out of the box, I noticed the blue indicator light is only bright when in pairing mode (B+C button), the light for all other modes is fainted. I thought it was just like that and spent 20 min pairing with the opening with no luck. I thought maybe the remote is bad and almost wanted to return. Decided to replace the battery and give it another. After replacing the battery, the indicator light is strong and bright in all different modes. Pairing was a breeze and went through easily. Also the included instruction has an err saying holding button from step 2, which should be step 3 instead.

Well built, inexpensive, very easy to program and works as advertised. All you have to do is confirm compatibility. Look at your brand, look at the color of the learn button on your opener. Verify compatibility on the product ad. Takes about a minute to program. I have used these types of remotes for the past 4 yrs no issues with range or battery life.

We love these small but VERY handy garage door openers. We have a dog that we take on walks every day and we like to be able to have our garage open when we get close. It has the cover which is perfect and makes it so portable and very versatile. The battery is super easy to get to and replace, and we LOVE that there’s 4 settings! We were able to connect them to our parents garage doors as well which is a great help as we assist them in their age.

It was extremely easy to setup. It literally took 5 minutes to setup both remotes to two different garage door openers. Important to watch who the seller is. If it is not Otleer, you will have problems. I originally did not pay attention and ordered from some other seller. I could not get them to program. They just would not go into programming mode when I pressed B and C buttons. I emailed Otleer and got quick responses. They told me about how there are fake ones being sold by other seller.So I returned those ones and ordered from Otleer. They arrived quickly. And got them working in few minutes. Lesson learnt! Watch out the seller. They may use product info and reviews from original seller but sell you inferior or defective item.

I purchased four of these garage door remotes. One of the four had a dead battery right from the start. Another remote's battery went dead after using it for a week. I opened the remote to replace the battery and couldn't figure out how to remove it. I looked at the instruction sheet sent with the units, and there were no instructions on whether and/or how the battery could be replaced. I read the product description on Amazon and read that the remote had a built-in battery. I read customer reviews, and there was nothing helpful there either. I then assumed that the battery couldn't be removed and/or replaced and wrote a one star review. It wasn't until after I watched the product video on Amazon that I learned that the battery could actually be removed and replaced. After learning how to remove the battery, I did so and bought replacement batteries from the store. I inserted the new batteries, and the remotes worked fine. A couple days later, I received an email from Otleer asking that I provide them with details on what I experienced. I told them what happened and suggested it would be nice if it was made clear in the instructions that the batteries can be removed/replaced along with steps on how to do it. Within minutes, I received another reply from Otleer that read as follows: "Hi, you may have received this product with some minor defects sorry about that. We will make changes to the manual by adding instructions for replacing the batteries in the manual as you described. We apologize for the unpleasant shopping experience! We are giving you a full refund to compensate you for the cost of the batteries and for the lack of shopping experience! We're sorry!"In the end, I am very satisfied with the exceptional customer service that Otleer has provided in response to my battery issue. They responded quickly, are implementing my suggestion, and are providing me with an unsolicited refund. Aside from the battery issue, I have found these remotes to be of very good quality, and I would recommend them based on product quality and the exceptional customer service that I received from Otleer.

I bought 4 of these as Christmas gifts. They easily connected to our garage opener, however, the didn't last. All batteries had to be changed and within 4 uses they all quit working. We once again changed the battery and nothing. I would not buy again

Perfect, I read the instructions several times just to make sure I understood them and they worked perfect. I as I am only using this unit for one garage door, I programmed button A and B so no matter which one you touch the door opened, easy peasy ... I like the design with the slide over cover, we are using these to carry with us on our bikes, for ease of getting out and back in the garage, the chain and clip attaches nicely to the bike, or a key chain, or in my wife's case her phone case, Will see how well these ones work out, might order another and replace my unreliable poor range original equipment opener, clipped to my visor. Update review, taking a star off for range, now that we have used them for a while, they only work at 20 feet from door, which for our purposes is dandy as we use them on our bikes to get in and out of garage, but might be annoying for someone using with a car..

I also find it great for when I go running or biking, instead of carrying a bulcky remote.1 stopped working for some reason. Contacted the company about the warranty and replaced it right away.
