I've used it last year for mass gaining and trust me after using 2 packs for 2months, I literally have seen lot of difference, I got strength, body cuts and lean mass too , have ordered one more now and will be using it with medium diet as I don’t maintain diet.Don’t use full scoop or else it’ll finish in just 8-10days, use half scoop with 250ml chilled tetra pack milk with 150ml normal or chilled water.Use that only before and after workout and yeah just give the supplement time to show their effect, it’s not immediately but it’ll show within 15-20 days.I'll always use Nutrabay gold coz I love their products as they add in lots of vitamins and other ingredients too which no one company offers in this price, thank you to Nutabay gold and Amazon for these great products and please don’t increase the price.
