I have a 'Sea to Summit Big River' 8ltr dry bag to compare this to.I submerged both into a bath of warm water for a few minutes.As much as the STS performed brilliantly as I would expect, it does cost four times as much as this KitBrix bag. Absolutely no water ingress whatsoever on the STS. 5* no question!The KitBrix is like a bag within a bag, and the outer bag is more of a protection it seems for the waterproof inner. But to be fair the inner is still very waterproof. If it punctures though, you could regret buying this if you expect it to protect any high value items that NEED to be kept dry.The outer bag leaked badly which is obviously acceptable if the inner holds, and it did, although it is new.But if you REALLY need to keep things dry and do not want to take any risks, spend more money on one of the higher end 'sea to summit' bags. Assuming you are happy with the higher cost.This one I think is a liability if you have any high value items where it is essential that they are kept dry.For clothes or trainers though as they say in the listing, then this is adequate.

Received the Dobipak as part of a recent Kitbrix Promotion and can honestly say it's worth it's weight in gold. I completed an OCR in September and the Dobipak was perfect for taking my muddy kit home in. It was easy to store in my bag during the event and big enough to handle not only my muddy clothes but my footwear and the towel I'd used after the event as well. All in all it's a great bit of kit that will last a long time thanks to it's sturdy construction and I look forward to using it after future events. A highly recommended purchase.

Ideal for storing your wet kit. After any type of swimming or a triathlon. I purchased this for a friend realised how good it was then bought one for myself.

The media could not be loaded. Great waterproof lined bag for use with sweaty clothes and damp swimwear. Not good for keeping water out.I'm looking for a bag that will double up as a dry bag: one bag for all. I've poured water into this bag and it escapes from the very edge of the corner of the folded top. But no water came through the liner and outer fabric. You won't be able to go swimming and keep a t shirt in it because it won't keep the water out. I tried folding the top over 6 times, but the same thing happened.It is advertised as a kit bag for used kit. I think it will do that very well. I think it really deserves a 5 star for materials and workmanship: the inside corners are rounded so you can sweep a cloth around easily. I've decided on a 4 because I don't think it could have second uses, and I feel a wet swimsuit could lead to trickles of water from the top, and it would probably be just a little bit. I think an overall score of 4 is fair.

Nicely made, does what it says and keeps muddy canicross kit away from everything else.
