Disappointing Experience with Product Functionality
The concept is great, the look and feel is premium and so is the packaging, but the mat arrived without the rubber base. They immediately sent out a while new set to make things right after communicating with customer service. 100% happy with my purchase now.

Excellent Customer Service
Excellent customer service! Had an issue with our bath stone. When I contacted the company, they immediately responded and worked with me to get it resolved. I absolutely order from them again.

Expensive, but they work great.
These things work great. They get wet and soak up the water, come back thirty minutes later and they are dry. Definitely beats a wet floor, wet towels, and other mats. Only con is they're expensive, but I would buy again if needed.

Good Product - Minor Issue
It really is a great product. I had used your typical bath mats which stays wet or damp most of the day before drying. These stones pull the water off you feet instantly and dry in a minute or so. Now have them in all my bathrooms.Now, that said, I have run into one problem, after a month or two of use the stones warp. The company replaced them at no charge and was super good about doing so. One of the new ones then warped too. Not asking the company to replace again. Maybe a bad batch, or this is an ongoing issue. I don't like the warped ones as they rock a little when you step on them, but, the advantage of drying almost instantly out weighs the warping.

Levels up the bathroom
The media could not be loaded. I live in a small apartment with an old bathroom, so I bought this stone mat hoping it would make it feel nicer and generally improve the bathroom experience/vibes, and it absolutely did. Our old shower splashes out a bit when its running, and its so nice having this stone mat stay dry compared to coming out to a soggy fabric mat. It's also very convenient that it comes in 4 slabs and can be customized because 2 slabs were the perfect size for this small bathroom and if I wanted to I could use the other 2 in another bathroom!

Disappointed
They get so dirty. I have tried to clean them and I am beyond sick at how much money I wasted on this product. I do not have the box or I would return them right away. Just heartsickDo not buy

Isn't as advertised. Molds quickly, does not dry fast, scoots around on tile.
Seriously disappointed in these mats. These do not dry quickly. They mold easily, and require serious regular care to keep sanitary. I've included a pic of what our mats look like after 3 days of use in a low-humidity home. We don't have kids or pets. These things just straight up don't dry out like other diatomaceous mats.The rubber grips for the bottom do not keep the mats stable, and certainly do not stay in a neat "grid" like this kit advertises. The individual pieces do not snap together, so it's literally just placement keeping them beside each other. The grip is not strong enough on typical bathroom tile to keep the tiles from moving when you step on them (I am 130lbs), so the grid always looks crooked and in disarray.I've used other diatomaceous mats before and have been happy. This is my first time trying this brand, and it is a poor quality product at an expensive price. Seriously disappointed.
