Absolutely a fantastic product, and pure as snow. My wife and I love adding this to our preworkout. The only thing I think that could improve this product would be to add some desiccant packs to it to keep the moisture down and help prevent clumping of the granules. Truly a minor issue, but nonetheless I believe it's the only way to make it any better.

After a tainted batch from another brand, I'm here to stay.Beta-Alanine is a precursor to L-Carnosine, which accumulates in your muscles over time (much like Creatine, in fact). That means you don't need to take this pre-workout or immediately post-workout. You can actually use it any time of day. I just put about 3g in a large cup of tea.

I rated it 5 stars because its exactly what it says it is. 1kg of beta-alanine for $25. Some places are charging that price for less than half of the powder. It gives you the classic tingles when you take a couple grams at a time.

I bought this a few years back, back when I was around 28 YO or so. I used BA along with creatine the BA alone will intensify your workout giving you endurance and blocking lactic acid build up which basically gives you more endurance.Lets just say this combined with creatine, healthy eating and exercise, I became one massive dude.

Contents arrived Hard as a Rock, totally useless for my applications.I then bought NOW brand and it is great, fine powder, easily dissolves in water and juice.I have had these problems with this brand before. Maybe they need to change their formula or how they package the products.Package was sealed and hard as a rock when it arrived and when I returned it.
