Great sound, terrific customer service.
UPDATE: 1/15/2019. A+ Customer Service. My third set of these buds (sent by the company after my initial Amazon review) has lasted for over three months and still going strong. The sound is far superior than similar, more expensive products, and the fit is more comfortable, as well. The only fault with this last set is that the charging indicator light stopped working after a week or so.I’ve purchased two of these; the first lasted five months, the second almost three months. But what else can you expect for something that’s $20? At this point, I feel like I have a subscription to Symphonized where every few months they send me another product. Not their fault; I’m very active and feel that perhaps my disgusting ammonia sweat is penetrating the delicate circuitry of this wimpy little ear whisperer. There’s a particular sadness that occurs when you’re rocking out, mid-lyric, in a gym and suddenly your full-battery people-blockers fail, leaving you at the mercy of exercise onomatopoeia. Or, if you’re 30 chapters deep into an engrossing novel while punishing your sad body on the elliptical and you hear a static-y flicker and silence and you’re left pretending to still hear Steven Weber narrate “It” because you don’t want the weirdo next to you to start talking about his bologna business again. If anyone has a better Bluetooth product to suggest, I am all ears. I prefer many other wired ear buds, but I am an iPhone man and, in their wisdom, they have jacked with the way I hear my stories. I actually like the Bluetooth buds, but would love to be best buds with a set that can endure daily doses of my xenomorph sweat. My wife can barely stand that, so, best of luck, China.UPDATE 9/7/2018: Symphonized took the initiative, contacting me after my review posted to arrange for a replacement set. Major points for customer service. I'm looking forward to updating this review after they arrive!

Won't last - A Definitive Flaw In Bluetooth Technology
Indeed. If you intend to spend $20 and only expect about 45 minutes of use, then these are for you. It's been one day and the Bluetooth operation has seized. There is absolutely no power. I can't say I am happy. Who would be?I am an avid runner in the summertime, so, of course, a pair of Bluetooth earbuds certainly sounds too good to be true. It was. Keep in mind these are ultra-lightweight and when these do work, the sound quality is great. They stay in your ear firmly and seem to be sweat resistant. A+ for that.I have had numerous Symphonized earbuds over the years; for running, the office, travel, but this is nowhere near compared to my experience with Symphonized wired models. I will be switching back.I will hold on to the earbuds to see if I can figure this out. Maybe other people would benefit from my findings. I'll let you know.---------------------------------THE NEXT MORNING:Left in the charger, the earbuds are inoperational, no power. Oh well.DAY THREE:I somehow got these to power back on. When I connected to my phone, it disconnected and powered off. Hunk of junk!CUSTOMER SERVICE:Attempted to call - Did not get through. Left an email via their website, have not heard back.------Got through to customer service: I told them about my experience and they are issuing me a new pair under the assumption the original pair was defective.---------The New Pair: OK, so I thought I was going to end up writing a reverse review here, but I now find myself reverting back to my two-year-old wired pair of Symphonized earbuds. They are fantastic. So, here is what happened. The replacement earbuds worked great, and I mean great, for about 3 weeks. I charged them as customer service recommended by plugging them into the USB of my computer and made sure the charging port was covered.I went to use them today, as they were fully charged in the charger, and they failed to turn on. I know they were charged because the "indication" light immediately turned blue.I have had more durable earbuds, but the sound quality just doesn't compare to Symphonized. This is a shame.

Twice now I've been let down
I bought my first pair of these headphones and loved them. They were great for running and going to the gym hands-free. However, after a few months my first pair just died and would not hold a charge. I decided I would just buy a new pair because I really like them until that point and thought maybe I did something wrong. I bought the second pair, used them for a few months again, making sure to take good care of them, and they just died also. They won't hold a charge and won't turn back on. I'm thoroughly disappointed in the quality of this product now that the same thing would happen to me twice. I will not be buying from this company again.

Best sub $20 Headphones on Amazon!
Unbeatable for this price range. I have tried several sub $20 headphones and these are easily the best. The sound is rich and deep without being too boomy. The fit is good and comfortable once you choose the correct earpiece. These have been left out in the grass overnight, dropped in water and worn while sweating heavily and they just keep on working! I have three different models of symphonized headphones and have been impressed with the quality, sound and durability of all of them.

Best that I've found
They look clunky and cheap....BUT....They blow away my JBL and other earphones I've bought. Only my Sony sound better....but those are big and don't stay in my earss like these when working out. Sound quality is incredible for the priceJust right amount of bass and treble. I listen to Rock

A solid buy, 10/10 would buy a second pair.
I love these headphones. I never have to worry about having my phone in my hands in a pocket when I workout. The Bluetooth aspect has pretty good range too so I can leave my phone on the treadmill and get off and go do dead lifts and not worry about them disconnecting. I also like to use these taking my dog for a jog. It really frees up my hands and I don’t have to worry about any wires disconnecting or getting caught. The sound quality is really great too. The ear piece itself stays on and it relieves the worry of them falling out randomly. Overall I might have to buy a second pair bc me and my husband argue over who gets to use them.

Good basic, waterproof earbuds, but not robust
I bought these for use for running and on the turbo trainer. Sound quality is ok, but you get what you pay for.Easy to connect and never lost the connection once. Good for voice and having some music when exercising. Comfortable to wear which is important .However, as usual with cheap earphones, they've stopped working and won't recharge so have to go in the bin after just 3 1/2 months which is annoying. Will probably just buy a replacement pair as it is too much faff to send them back.

Not enough base, far too tinnie... only good for phone calls.
I bought these hoping to get something I could listen to music through, I initially thought I had a broken set because it was all top end and no bottom but when I tried the 2nd pair I got for my partner to use they were exactly the same.We returned them for a full refund with no quibble so the customer service can not be faulted, shame I can't say the same for the headphone.

small, powerful, easy to link and good value for money.
You really have to plug in the ear plugs deep in your ear to get the best sound - but its really good. My only issue with the headset is that doesn't allow me to have 2 devices connected at the same time, my other headsets did and allowed seamless transition from one to the other- thats just a very small inconvenience though. Overall I am very happy with the headset its small, powerful and good value for money.
