Bought for my daughter who wanted big waves, have tried it a few times and not had the desired results

Lovely styling wand, has a very luxury feel as you take it out of the box - the heatproof mat that you can also keep it in is a real bonus, as I’ve never felt happy putting a curler/straightener down on the dressing table. Very easy to operate, and I love that you can change the temperature according to your hair type. The swivel cord makes it easy to move it through your hair, and the cord itself is a decent length. My hair is naturally wavy, and takes a curl quite easily, but my daughter has very resistant, dead-straight hair. I ended up using the maximum temperature on us both. The first picture is my hair straight after using the tong, the second was a few minutes later when I’d put my fingers through my hair. It makes your hair really shiny, and it looks like I’ve made much more of an effort with my hair than I actually have! My daughter’s hair (picture 3) has much more movement and volume after use. After about an hour, the waves had dropped in her hair, but I hadn’t used any styling products. Overall the wand feels like it is quite gentle on your hair, and makes it feel very soft. I think if you wanted more of a tight curl you might try a different type of curler, but this one certainly makes your hair look very nice, and for the price, is a really good buy.

I recently got my hair styled and this has been great for keeping those curls in check. It's very easy to use, does a great job and doesn't heat up to unbearable temperatures. Very good value for money.
