Just what I needed. After heel and tendon surgery and moving from lots padding and ace wraps to a knee high stiff post surgery boot, I found being in bed after elevating my foot most of the time, the back of my heel would come in close contact with the back of the boot especially when trying to sleep. It didn’t matter how thick of a sock I wore. With 2 more weeks of non-weight bearing, I decided to try these heel foam dressings on my heel inside the boot. Immediate relief. I was really glad I had the foresight to order and receive these before my surgery.

Work exactly as described. My husband had to wear a surgical recovery boot for weeks, these took the stress off of his heals.

Works well to off-load pressure from nearby wound site on person with severe skin failure and macerated skin. Best technique to secure it with a wrapping technique and then put sock on. Person has said it feels much better ro have this foam cushion to configure their heel.

Absorbs nicely and does not move if I keep my peg tube tight. Very affordable

Utilising this foam to help reduce pressure on my dogs paw while managing a very slow healing foot wound has been a turning point in his recovery. After 10 weeks of daily dressings, the past couple of weeks of adding a silicone later against the wound and then this foam (under a gauze bandage and coban) have finally almost got us to complete healing. Definitely recommend this if youre trying to manage pressure wounds or a slow healing ulcer.

I am using this for elbow laceration on my dog, hard place to bandage and keep in place. The squishy pads give her some comfort on that area she naturally rests on and keeps her Manuka honey in place. It's working well, slow and steady recovery on dog elbows.

I purchased this product for my 99 year old Mother with very fragile skin as her skin was just breaking with other dressings . Once I started using this dressing she finally began to heal and is now feeling much better. It is comfortable for her and absorbs any exudate. It is easy to use and has the ability to cut to size if necessary .
