I don't recommend
it hurts to peel it off to the point that it irritates your skin even if you're gentle.

Not 14 daus
This patch does not stay on for two weeks. I shower daily so it lifts after first shower and progressively gets worse. It is good for a swim but must be replaced after it gets wet.

Not for long term sticking but good for short
These work great for short term like a couple of days or less but if you need longer they tans to start coming off

have to cut the center out
the center is not already cut. sticks only for about 4 days. sensor lasts 2 weeks. taking this off and not removing sensor too was a bit of a challenge
