It’s not fresh as received the fungus on the datun
I received the all datun full of fungus and smelling too bad even my dog refused to chew the datun.

Some Neem sticks are not fresh
I received half of neem sticks with white and green fungus, they are not fresh as expected, this was my 2nd order and DISAPPOINTED. Please ensure that entire sticks are fresh.

This time, they sent me too many thin twigs that are not convenient to use. About 40% this time and 70% last time were so thin they are practically useless.They were also dry. I would not recommend.
