So Happy it Kept Me Off a Ladder
Fantastic product. well made. high quality. performs beyond how I expected. Can't say enough. Good high pressure at full extension. Kept my feet on the ground and off a ladder. I have no negatives to report back. Great product at a very good value. Again, really well made. Will last for years. Highly recommend

fantastic tool
I used this to reach the upper levels of my house for a pressure washing cleaning. I have a 3200 psi @ 2.5 gpm machine. This telescoping wand worked out perfectly. Here are some things to consider: The 90 tip is impossible to hold when at length. The reason for this is physics where moment = force times lever arm. The shoulder strap is important but it is really cheaply made. I ended up using it with the attachment point centered on my chest, but with the strap supported just through one loop over my neck. This way the pole was between my legs and centered on my body. Another tip is to always adjust the pole so that the nozzle is perpendicular to the surface being washed, otherwise you will constantly be fighting the moment of force as it tends to want to twist in your hands. I am 59 and very fit and strong, but using this pole really taxed me and I would say this is a very difficult tool to use when fully extended, especially because you don't want to cause any damage. It took me a while to get a good feel for it. I just had peaks to reach and clean, along with the soffits under the gables, the rakeboard and fascia, so I did not spend a lot of time fully extended. My house came out perfect, like new. Amazing tool. BTW: I got a quote to pressure wash (soft wash) my house for nearly $1,100!! I already had the machine and this saved me a cool grand $$. Granted, it took me 20 hours to totally clean my house. A great purchase and a tool that I will probably use at least once each year for a quick clean up of the house. Easily paid for itself with my use case.

Far more impressed with this than I expected to be.
From other reviews I didn't expect it to be as sturdy as it is. Some said the slide locks broke or didn't work. They worked fine for me. Maybe some don't know that you can adjust the locks with an allen wrench. The aluminum tubing, the fittings, the hose, the handle, the included attachments are all quality and solid. For home use, this thing is more than adequate. I cleaned my gutters, soffit, fascia, and entire pool cage with this. In years past I needed a ladder. With this extension I didn't......so, it's much safer and easier. I used a Sunjoe 2000 psi electric pressure washer. I think that if you use a gas unit putting out 3000 psi+, you might have more trouble controlling the tip when fully extended. But, you still will like the range this wand gives you w/o having to use a ladder. I would've given it 5 stars except for two issues: 1. When you extend it, it pulls the attached hose up into the tube. Problem is that when the wand isn't fully extended, part of this hose is at your feet and is in the way. It's not a deal-breaker and you just work around it. 2. The included vest is cheap. Buckles are cheap and flimsy, straps are flimsy. You do need it if you're using the wand very long, and especially at full extension. It takes a lot of the load off your arms. I made it work by flipping the waist buckle over so it wouldn't slide loose. For a little more, they could've included a better vest. It is almost useless.

Works great - Heavy when fully extended
On the heavy side, especially when extended to the full 24Ft. But it works great.

Misrepresented and VERY Dangerous
First misrepresentation is this device; it is not 24’ as stated in the Amazon description and in the Janz user manual, it is 18’10”. That is a big discrepancy. Second misrepresentation; it may be able to handle 4,000 psi but doing so is an accident waiting to happen. Upon receiving the Janz 24’ Telescoping Pressure Washer Wand, I tried it out. Using this device to clean a single-story gutter on the lowest setting on my pressure washer worked well. It did have some kick back and flex, but it was controllable by me being 6’3” and an athletic 230 pounds. The more extended, the more precarious it became even at the lowest pressure washer setting. Extended to its full 18’ this thing is VERY dangerous. Mine kicked about 12 feet in one direction when I engaged water. When I gained control, it was bending like a palm tree in a category 5 hurricane while oscillating. There was no way this was going safely anywhere near a gutter, window, or skylight. When I turned it off it bolted 12 feet in the other direction. In the process of gaining control the handle pinched my palm and cut a chunk of skin off. Once I stopped the bleeding, I immediately returned this thing. I noticed the video on Amazon does not show a pressure washer attached to this thing and the water output, in my opinion, was more in line with what it looked like with just garden hose pressure going through it. With just garden hose pressure this thing did not flex but it was also not powerful enough to clean gutters. If you are cleaning single story gutters this works but there are cheaper options out there that do not require a pressure washer. Anything beyond that and this thing gets scary dangerous.
