I picked this up to use as a bluetooth precordial stethoscope because those generally run for about $500-700. I am quite impressed with how well this works when used with some double sided body tape typically used to tape clothing to women parts. Overall, it's still a digital device so it will give you some pretty annoying loud tones when the patient talks or coughs but it works really well and the sensor puck itself actually has enough weight to work even better when the patient is reclined. The annoyance of maybe a half to full second delay in bluetooth audio is evident but this thing is definitely going to help maintain control of the patient during sedation. Also the device cannot be directly linked to bluetooth headphones. There needs to be a phone in the mix.Regarding it's use for other areas, the app has some nifty features where it listens in for various frequencies and they seem to work pretty okay. I'm quite confused at all the negative reviews on this product. It seems to perform pretty well in general. Especially for it's price point. Maybe they improved the product over time?All in all, this is absolutely the most cost effective bluetooth precordial stethoscope I've ever come across. Even cheaper than something I would typically hack together myself with other products.

I'm a doctor. This is worse than the cheapest stethoscope. Picks up on voices all around you, rather than the heart sounds.

Works well but not for this doctor for doctoring. Good to play with and show the kids. Not effective in this time of Covid but think with a few changes could be very effective.
