This is a great soup mix, it was nice and thick and tasty. I would recommend this soup to anyone.

Bear Creek all the way! This particular flavor is so difficult to find in stores. ( at least for me) So glad Amazon carries it. My first purchase was a trial. I had never had it before and I was having guests for dinner that were not meat eaters. The pressure was on. I purchased this on "impulse" and so glad I did. Bear Creek did not let me down. The soup is creamy, thick, and the flavor is so good. While the soup was cooking, I sliced and sauted Portobello mushrooms in butter and garlic. I placed 3 slices of the mushrooms on top of the bowl of soup and served with home made sourdough bread and an everything garden salad! It was definitely a wow dinner! When I went back to shop and purchase the soup again there was none. 3x that happened. Then I found it on Amazon. It is a staple in the pantry.

I love this large Minestrone soup mix. I add beef or chicken and it's literally a meal. Good flavor, good veggies and just right amount of noodles.

Bear Creek creamy soups have long been on my favorites list. I can, no longer, get them locally. I'm glad Amazon is offering them. If you want to avoid the work and mess of home cooking, these are a very good alternative. I will buy more. They are thick and delicious comfort food!

There's not a Bear Creek soup that I don't LOVE LOVE LOVE! I've tried them all. The ease in which dinner is prepared is awesome! fill a big pot with 8 cups of water. No lid. Bring it to a boil. Whisk in the dry soup mix. Lower the flame. Let bubble away for 15 minutes only checking on it and giving it an occasional stir. Served with a good bread and a tossed salad and even my 2 grown sons get full! Bear Creek soups taste SO close to homemade from scratch it's not even funny. They are pure comfort food on a chilly day! I have a subscription for my 3 favorite styles Minestrone, creamy wild rice and Creamy potato. Sometimes the stores don't carry it so having a subscription from Amazon ensures I never run out when I need it.
