Amazed at the quality and spec of the product for the price. Chair arrived within a few days, took 20mins to assemble. Very pleased with the purchase , good quality build, stylish design, quality upholstery and comfy to use for my home office.

I have been using this chair for approx 3 weeks now and can confirm it's very comfy especially considering the price. I was particulairy looking for a lightweight and small chair that doesn't take up much space and this chair does all that. Assembling was pretty straight forward, I don't recall having any issues with the screws not lining up with the holes and some people have mentioned before. I am also a big fan of the padded arm rests

Very good chair, easy to assemble, comfortable and looks good. Although I would suggest it is not suitable for a larger person as I think it would feel cramped.

Ordered 2 of these all my old chairs had no padding left in the seats. Saw various comments about difficult to assemble, did not tilt (no headrest - well did you order the model with a headrest?). Assembly was fairly easy, one point though the bolt for the 5th leg of the base is in with other bolts and has blue markings on the thread, this caught me out for a while, I though it was missing. Bit tricky attaching the arm-rests to the seat, but still managed with just one person. I would say it took 10 mins to put together once I found the elusive bolt. There is some tilt on the seat, not a great amount, I think I would prefer a bit more, but just personal choice. You do need to twist the device under the seat for tilt to work. Maybe some reviewers didn't do this or expected more tilt. The seat it's self is very comfy, nice padding. The armrests do get in the way of my desk, so I have them flipped up so I can sit closer to the desk. No squeaking or creaking which is nice, my old ones sounded awful, but were 7+ years old. I think for the money they are worth it, they feel well put together and should last. On the style I'd say they don't look amazing from the back as you can see the back support and frame as it is a very open design.

I ordered this chair last March (2025). I found the chair comfortable and supportive. I liked it and have used it throughout for the last 11 months until today, without warning, it suddenly broke with a loud bang, propelling me to the floor with the chair on top and to the left of me, and trapping me between it and the desk. The base broke into 3 pieces I am 76 and suffer from both rheumatoid arthritis in my hands and feet ( and other joints) and osteoarthritis in my neck, knees and Hips. I am also taking blood thinners and was worried about internal bleeding, particularly to my head, which luckily missed the desk edge, but hit the floor. I was trapped in a confined space between the desk drawers and the seat of the broken chair. I was unable to get up due to the confined space and pain in my neck, knee, and wrist. Luckily, I was able to reach up to the desk and pull down my phone from its charging lead. Thus, I could call for help from family. Nevertheless, it was a frightening 20 minutes before my son arrived and a further painful 25 minutes before I could, with his help, get up from the floor due to my disability. I am stiff and sore and have a painful swelling on my knee as a result. I am also very shaken. In summary, I liked this chair and found it comfortable; delivery was fine. However, I thank my lucky stars that 1, I could reach my phone and 2, my son was able to come to my assistance as quickly as he did. UPDATE I spent all night in A&E later that day. I was in so much pain with my left leg and neck and suffered palpitations. I had x-ray's on knee and hip, CT scans of head and neck, and a DV scan looking for clots . I AM considering legal action having read other reviews showing that this was a known problem with this chair.

For a long while the chair seemed pretty good. It was comfortable and nice. However after about 7-8 months of use, if I lean back into the chair. It is not straight and upright like the photo, but I am leaning like 60 Degrees back and to look at my monitor I am basically looking down with my chin on my the top of my chest. I cannot adjust the back because there is no lever for that, also the screws that hold it to the rest of the chair and the arms prevent that completely. Also the bar you slide in under the chair, the one that stops you leaning back and controls your height. Lately at completely random times when I lean back in my chair, the bar just completely ejects out of its slot and sends me falling back in a panic after making a loud pop/bang. I did previously deal with the slot in leg snapping after being leant on a bit, but the customer service for that was very quick and helpful. It was a bit disappointing however during waiting for the new leg to come that one of my wooden 7 year old dining chairs kept my back straighter than this chair.

Very happy with it, easy to assemble and it is very comfortable, especially for the price
