Great quality for the price......
Amazed at the quality and spec of the product for the price. Chair arrived within a few days, took 20mins to assemble. Very pleased with the purchase , good quality build, stylish design, quality upholstery and comfy to use for my home office.

Lightweight chair good value
I have been using this chair for approx 3 weeks now and can confirm it's very comfy especially considering the price. I was particulairy looking for a lightweight and small chair that doesn't take up much space and this chair does all that. Assembling was pretty straight forward, I don't recall having any issues with the screws not lining up with the holes and some people have mentioned before. I am also a big fan of the padded arm rests

Good Value for the price, Sturdy, comfy
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4.3/5) Review: Writing this review after using the chair for 18 months. It is good quality, sturdy, and comfortable, with reclining functionality and a headrest. I mainly use it for my work-from-home days, and it has served its purpose well. The armrests are flip-up, which is very useful when they are not needed. The back/lumbar support is decent, but if you have serious back issues, you may need additional lumbar support (which I purchased separately). What I like: Easy to assemble Headrest and flip-up armrests Mesh back keeps it cool, especially during summer What I don’t like: The wheel base is plastic. After long-term use and moving it on carpet, one wheel broke off. I now need to be careful when reclining. It started making creaking noises after about a year. It doesn’t bother me much, but quieter operation would be better. Overall: Overall, I am happy with the product for the price. It did what I needed it to do and is a good option for beginners or casual work-from-home use. ⭐ Would I buy it again? Yes, but I would compare it with other options available in the market first.

Comfortable, Supportive, and Great Value — So Good I've bought another!
What I Really Appreciate 1. Excellent comfort for long days The high back and adjustable headrest make a big difference, especially for someone like me (6'1") who tends to spend long hours at the desk. The lumbar support is firm but comfortable, and I’ve definitely noticed less back stiffness since switching to this chair. 2. Flip-up armrests are surprisingly handy I wasn’t sure I’d use this feature, but the flip-up armrests are brilliant when you need to slide the chair under the desk or just want a bit more elbow room. Simple idea, but it makes a difference in a home office. 3. Easy to assemble and adjust Both chairs went together in about 20 minutes with clear instructions. The adjustments — height, headrest angle, and recline — are easy to use and help tailor it to how you like to sit. 4. Smart, tidy look The black finish looks professional without being too bulky or over the top. It fits in nicely whether I’m on a Zoom call, working on projects with detail, or watching the football highlights during lunch. 5. Solid value for money For the price, you really do get a lot — good build quality, decent support, and thoughtful features you’d usually expect in pricier office chairs. If you’re a home office worker like me looking for a comfortable, supportive, and practical office chair that won’t break the bank, I highly recommend this one. I’ve bought two now — one for my main workspace and one for my son's room for him to sit comfortably and do his school work — and both have held up brilliantly.

Dangerous,
I ordered this chair last March (2025). I found the chair comfortable and supportive. I liked it and have used it throughout for the last 11 months until today, without warning, it suddenly broke with a loud bang, propelling me to the floor with the chair on top and to the left of me, and trapping me between it and the desk. The base broke into 3 pieces I am 76 and suffer from both rheumatoid arthritis in my hands and feet ( and other joints) and osteoarthritis in my neck, knees and Hips. I am also taking blood thinners and was worried about internal bleeding, particularly to my head, which luckily missed the desk edge, but hit the floor. I was trapped in a confined space between the desk drawers and the seat of the broken chair. I was unable to get up due to the confined space and pain in my neck, knee, and wrist. Luckily, I was able to reach up to the desk and pull down my phone from its charging lead. Thus, I could call for help from family. Nevertheless, it was a frightening 20 minutes before my son arrived and a further painful 25 minutes before I could, with his help, get up from the floor due to my disability. I am stiff and sore and have a painful swelling on my knee as a result. I am also very shaken. In summary, I liked this chair and found it comfortable; delivery was fine. However, I thank my lucky stars that 1, I could reach my phone and 2, my son was able to come to my assistance as quickly as he did. UPDATE I spent all night in A&E later that day. I was in so much pain with my left leg and neck and suffered palpitations. I had x-ray's on knee and hip, CT scans of head and neck, and a DV scan looking for clots . I AM considering legal action having read other reviews showing that this was a known problem with this chair.

Great Temporary chair, not so great long term.
The first thing I will say about this chair is that it is pretty straight forward to assemble, It's mesh back lets your back breathe and the adjustable back support was a nice touch, the tilt/rocking function of the chair feels really sturdy and the arms are quite strong. The headrest also fits my height really nicely (5"3 ish female). Overall it's actually really comfy for the first few months. Now I've had this chair since 22nd of September 2024 and today is 27th of April 2025... So that's only seven months and in that time the chair has started to tilt sideways like the leaning tower of Pisa - I noticed a couple of other reviews that also had the same problem. The armrests are now both wobbly and there seems to be no way to tighten them up since it's not where you screw the parts together, it's the rotating joint that you can't get to. The novel little sliding back suport snapped on one side also, causing it to dig into my back and need a cushion. For the price, it's a comfy TEMPORARY chair, the issues I have had so far started a couple of months ago but I still wanted to give it more time before leaving a review on it but the longer I leave it the more keeps going wrong. As I'm sitting on the chair, trying to sit up straight with the recline feature locked, it still tilts, and the seat itself wobbles. I've attatched what photos and images I can to try and show just how frajile this chair seems to be, which is a shame, it's a smart looking chair and well worth the price IF it didn't have all these issues. If you're only looking for a cheap chair to pull you through until you get set up then this is a great little chair, just... don't leave it seven months like I did. I hope my review helps you decide if the chair is suitable for you.
