Love these!! I can really feel a difference on them with more energy, and workouts plus blood flow. I also haven’t got “sick” on them while other people in my family have been. I’ve done at least 2 bottles now and on my third now (I think lol). I do cycle it though so I take about 4-8 weeks off between bottles and I can “feel” when I should start again. Just take at recommended times which is at night about 2 hours after dinner or shortly before bed. Pay attention to your body. I’d definitely recommend.

This product has been very helpful in mitigating my easy bruising problem even though the internet suggests that that is one of its side effects.

Since I began taking 1-2 capsules in the morning, I’ve noticed enhanced circulation throughout my body. It takes about a month to notice any effects, and I also combine this supplement with nattokinase. I’m young, work out fairly regularly, so I wasn’t talking this for any particular health reasons, but I noticed that my fingers no longer get numb when I’m laying down and using my phone or tablet. I’m not saying that this is a medical issue, but I clearly have better circulation to my extremities. Some commenters are confused by the dosage, because this brand uses FU units, alongside mg. However, 150mg of active enzymes per serving seems to be a fairly high dose. It’s a larger dose than most supplements found on Amazon, but it’s smaller than the 500mg used in certain studies. However, it’s unclear whether or not 500mg of active enzymes was used in the studies, or if they were referring to 500mg of a different supplements formula. I do know that this supplement works, and that the dosage here in mg of active enzymes is much higher and more affordable than other brands offering lumbrokinase. It takes about a month to notice any effects, but I truly believe it’s doing something in my body, and that this dosage is effective.
