For the money it to me punches a fair bit above its weight it’s very well put together feels quality it’s got a good weight not too light not too heavy easy to use out the box you’ve got more than enough pad pad size combinations to get on with plus 2 batteries VFM 10/10

I have used this a few times now and seriously don't have any major complaints. I used this to do an entire vehicle and it is more than capable. it's perfect for smaller jobs and for my motorbike. The pads don't last long so always worth sourcing more of these but this is normal. Only small complaint is that the batteries don't last as long as I hoped and I have had to purchase another so I can do a whole vehicle in one go but other than that all good.

Purchased from Amazon all delivered on time, all product as advised in box, but. 1) 3inch Pads have a 8mm thread and 2inch &1inch have a 6mm thread. So if you require 12mm throw you must use the 3inch pad and for the 3mm throw you must use the 2inch & 1inch pads. The extensions for RO polishing only have 6mm threads, as delivered you cannot use 3inch pads for RO polishing. You have to purchase or produce an M6 male to M8 female converter to fit the 3inch pad , any idea why 2)Arrived both batteries flat so had to be charged, charging tool approximately 90 minutes so assuming average battery life of 20 minutes you cannot work for longer than 40 minutes before a 60minute rest. It has to be said there are not many small polishing jobs that will last that long. 3)The most irritating part of the deliver is the first removal of the 12mm throw orbiter. The supplied spanner spread from 11mm to 15mm is complete rubbish and still the orbiter did not unscrew had to as with another customer grind down a 11mm spanner to remove the orbiter barrel. Once removed subsequent orbiter barrel removals have been without a problem. 4)Apart from the above comments the polisher works fine, how long it will last we shall see, would I buy it again, for the professional No, for the weekend diyer maybe. I don't think it's worth £160 but maybe £100 at best, better still if they sold it as a corded product at a lower price, hope this helps.

I have a much larger dual action polisher for big panels on my car but as most modern cars have smaller panels or creases, it's not always effect on those areas with big polishers with big pads. This little guy is perfect. But it's not just for car panels, you can polish many things too (even clean things as the pack comes with brushes!). I used it to clean my front door, polish some piano surfaces. Great value for money! It also comes with two rechargeable batteries too which is great. This pack comes with lots of bits and adaptor to change the polisher to a straight rotational spinner or orbital (which is great to prevent overheating a surface and for a more even polish). It's pretty light too as a tool, so you can use it for a long time without feeling fatigue. The only thing is that I would like to see the charging status on the battery when plugged in. There's only one LED indicator light on the charger and that's in. I have no idea on how full the battery has been charged.

I'm gonna be brutal about this gear. First off, it's not worth the cash. Second, it's only good for little cut patches, not for full bodywork, unless you're so bored you wanna keep yourself busy using this. Plus, there are no grips or handles, and if you put your hand on the air vent, it'll overheat. The battery doesn't hold a charge; you might get a maximum of one door out of it. The only good thing is that it's light.

Works great, but battires take to long to charge. Either needs bigger battires or for to come with more.

Of note the device does not come with 1 inch pads and backing plate as d3scribes but instead comes with a 1.5 inch backing plate and selection of suitable 1.5 inch pads. It does come with 2 inch and 3 inch backing plates and both a 3mm and a 12mm concentric dual action weight. The 3mm weight only works with the 1.5 inch pad. The machine is well manufactured and well quality controlled. It fels solid in the hand. I will be using it later this week when temperatures improve to paint correct one, possibly two vehicles. This size of plat is for detail, panel edges, around badges, decala and emblems with the bulk of the cutting and refining on large panels being completed by another 5 or 6 inch machine. I will update the review with my opinion on performance and the effectiveness of the supplied pads . I am an amateur vehicle detailer and have been using a quality mains 1000 watt DA machine for 5 years. I do full two stage paint correction with cure ceramic coatings and I am hoping this cordless machine will make me more efficient in those critical areas such as edges and narrow panel detail. So far I'm delighted but I did expect the 1 inch plate and not a 1.5 inch plate as supplied, but this needs to be corrected in the description and for me, I'm sure I will still be able to use the machine as I intended.
