While these are certainly effective, the intensity of flavor might be too extreme for many people. Cinnamon is very enjoyable to me in all forms but this can be uncomfortable and leave my tongue feeling sensitive. I accidentally bought these instead of the chewing gum, which I have enjoyed in the past. I recommend buying a small amount first before committing to a 1000 pack.

I have been getting these every month on a subscription. They taste very good. No aftertaste. They moisturize my mouth almost instantly. I use a COAP machine nightly, and without these my mouth was like cotton when I woke up. I highly recommend these.
